We had a last-minute project for my business that required a very specific box to be made to size, with a short 2-week lead time.
We worked with Zack, who was very helpful and responsive throughout the process.
They arrived in good condition, in a simple flat-pack style that was easy to assemble, and our silver-embossed logo overbranding was pretty good.
They were made in Pakistan and shipped to the UK, which is impressive in the time frame. This global chain was not made clear from their website, so customs holdups could be an issue for time-sensitive jobs, but they came to us via DPD with tracking, so all good from our point of view.

I had an excellent experience with Best Custom Boxes. They not only provided with good quality boxes and timely delivery but also helped with the design. Will definitely use their services again.

Our experience with Best Custom Boxes was deeply disappointing and unprofessional. We partnered with them for a specialty packaging project and encountered consistent failures at every stage — missed deadlines, poor communication, and product quality that did not come close to meeting expectations.

Even more concerning, after acknowledging these issues and agreeing to issue a refund, the company failed to follow through despite multiple reminders and written assurances. This lack of integrity and accountability speaks volumes about how they conduct business.

While their pricing may appear competitive, it comes at the expense of reliability, quality, and trust — three non-negotiables in any business partnership. What should have been a creative collaboration turned into a frustrating, one-sided experience that cost us both time and credibility.

We strongly advise others to look elsewhere for professional, dependable packaging solutions. Best Custom Boxes did not deliver on their promises and demonstrated a disregard for customer satisfaction and ethical business practice.

We ordered in April and paid in full, over $3000 for 10,000 boxes. So far we have received, 200. It is now October and we still have not recieved our order, just 'promises to deliver", "they are on their way", "shipping delays', 'your order was lost', 'we will refund', 'need management approval', etc, etc. Now we get no response at all. They are quite frankly, liars and at this point, crooks. Buy from them at your peril!

UPDATE to your response. We have been waiting 6 weeks for your 'review of the situation'. You still have all of our money and we have little or nothing to show for it. You do not answer our phone calls and have no updates. We stand by our review.

Do not trust these people! I have waited more than 7 months for my order, less than 20% have been delivered, 20% of those that have been delivered are so poor quality they can’t be used. They have used every excuse for not delivering from QA failures to no courier space to war in Pakistan. Untrustworthy and liars!

Been a customer since few years back, it was good to be back and to find out the staff didn't change and remembered me, especially Sam who is the man, helped me on my new project doing some good and efficient design work while being friendly and knowledgeable. Thx guys much appreciated.

I can only agree with recent negative reviews of this company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Trading Standards have been alerted. We ordered over 5000 boxes, less than half were delivered and more than half of those that were delivered had a misprinted web address on - even after they showed us a confirmed proof of the correct information. What followed has been months of emails & phones calls with every possible excuse from sick staff, holidays, warehouse shortages etc. In short, this is a modern day SCAM operation that will take your money and not deliver products. We have now opened a Small Claims Court proceeding and contacted trading standards.

SCAM COMPANY – AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Absolutely disgraceful service. We placed an order for 1,000 boxes on 25th July with a clear promise they would be delivered no later than 22nd August. What followed was months of lies, false promises, and zero accountability.

Every single week we were fobbed off with a new excuse – from “misprinted boxes” to “you’ll get them next week”, over and over again. When they finally bothered to deliver – on 10th November at 10pm, over three months late – they sent less than HALF of what we paid for.

As if that wasn’t bad enough, when we questioned the shortfall, we were told the remaining boxes had been “misplaced” and they’d be “reproduced and sent”. Then came the next email – on 17th December – saying they could no longer fulfil the rest of the order and would refund us for the missing boxes.

It’s now March. Still no refund.
They ignore emails. They ignore calls. And the rare times they do answer, we get the same pathetic excuse: “you’ll get it next week.” Lies, lies, lies.

This entire situation has caused major disruption to our business. We’ve been left chasing money we’re owed for a product that was never delivered.

Do not trust this company. They are unreliable, dishonest, and quite frankly operate like a scam.
I will be sharing this experience across every platform possible until we receive the refund we are owed.

I would give a zero if possible. I ordered 10k boxes and paid in full 3 months ago. I received 1500 so far and I was promised them in 25 days from the date I ordered. They said they have a factory in Canada and the boxes are shipping from the UAE. Might be a laundering front. I will be contacting the BBB to look into this.

Avoid at all costs. We needed to source a couple of good quality presentation boxes to promote one of our premium products at an event. The deadline was tight and the boxes were expensive but Best Custom Boxes said they could deliver, so we went with the higher price.

The boxes arrived and the quality was awful. They were bubbled, the logo had delaminated, there were scrapes on the top surface and the joints were falling apart. We were really disappointed, sent photos and requested a full refund. Sam replied to say the boxes were in perfect condition before they were shipped and attached photos sent from production, where you could clearly see the delaminating and scratches. They went on to say they would send replacements out but we let them know that any replacements wouldn't arrive on time for the event, so we wanted the refund. Sam said the boxes were already in production and they would send them out again. We made it clear that we would still be requesting a refund as the boxes would not be with us on time and Sam stated their policy was that they didn’t offer refunds on products damaged in transit. We reiterated that it was clear from the damage (and their production photos) that this wasn’t caused during transit. The boxes arrived just before 5pm on the 9th July via DHL (this wasn't enough time on our side to get the inserts and samples into the box and sent to London via courier for the event that started at 7:30am on the 11th). They were bubble wrapped and packaged in a plastic DHL bag rather than a protective box. When we opened the bag, the boxes were crushed and unusable. We emailed photos again and explained we still wanted the refund and we were told again that it was against their policy to refund products that were damaged in transit (even if their packaging was inadequate to protect those products - they blamed DHL for the packaging). We followed up with a phone call and spoke to Sam's manager who told us we should have used our “common sense” and checked the products before DHL left (they obviously don't have experience working for a large company where packages are delivered to reception). They also blamed DHL for all damages (I have since contacted DHL to let them know about this situation and am awaiting feedback). The Best Custom Boxes manager was rude, kept talking over me, didn't listen to the fact we had requested a refund after the first delivery and not a product replacement, and then told me there was nothing he could do before hanging up the phone while I was mid-sentence. So, at the end of the process we are out of pocket with nothing to show for it. I am absolutely disgusted at the customer service received from this company, and honestly have never come across service like this before. It is something we are particularly passionate about in our own company and I was shocked. I'm surprised they are still in business if this is how they treat their customers! - Edit following response: The reply from Best Custom Boxes highlights exactly how they spoke to me during the phone conversation. I don’t think it is unreasonable to expect a supplier to provide products that are usable / undamaged and I am at a loss trying to understand how they think this is ok. I know this was a small order, but that was never highlighted as an issue.

Sadly very very poor project delivery. We wanted to like this company and gave them a shot to design and print our bespoke cake boxes for our bakery.
The initial price quotation was good. We agreed a one month project turnaround time from sign off, which was last November. Soon after we signed the specifications, we were pushed to pay the complete project amount of £3500.
Then it went quiet. When pushed for delivery date, Jeffrey advised that the ‘first box’ would be delivered shortly. When the box did finally arrive, there were 200 of the purchased 10000 boxes, misprinted! The company agreed to reprint. When the revised print arrived there were something like 500 boxes, badly printed and many of the cupcake boxes glued poorly which meant they could not be opened. To date (7 month later) we are yet to receive about half of the agreed job. We have received around 60% of the cupcake boxes, many of them unusable. Attempts to reach out to either Jeff or Chris at the company for resolution have been unsuccessful, the company saying that all boxes were shipped. No proof of shipment was available. I’d very much stay away from this company. And don’t be fooled by the Uk address.
Business is done somewhere in the east.

This was our first experience in ordering custom boxes, and I have to say, I went though a few companies for the first contact until I found Best Custom Boxes and Sam, who was switched on and very patient with me from the very start.

We couldn't have done it without him, no matter how much we know our product, he knows his, and he guided us though every step until we got what we wanted - a fantastic packaging for our chocolates. It was very fast too even considering that discussions via emails do take time. Pleasure to work with!
