I found the course to be enlightening and honest about all aspects of the coaching career.
The business of coaching is enabling all the needs and requirements to be attained under one University. It is exceedingly exceptional know staff will be on hand throughout each step, to enable people who take the course to achieve to their highest potential.

I joined in February this year when I completed the first course. Then in August I joined the university best descion I made. It's very informative and the courses are well established. There are so many areas within the platform. Live labs is very detailed too. The negative reviews I have seen doesn't match to what I have experienced. The classroom labs are fun and attentive you learn do much more. You meet wonderful students and most of all everyone is so friendly. To succeed one has to invest in themselves to prosper. Regardless of the challenges. Thank you coaching masters :))

The foundation course has been a great introduction to formal coaching. It has provided insight in to the approach and models. Most of all the infectious enthusiasm, expertise and direct, straight-talking style of the founders has made it a great start.

I recently enrolled in the Coaching Masters program and I can't get enough of it! I absolutely love all of the information they are teaching, and I love the format of how it is presented. I love the flexibility of the courses bc I have time to work on courses as often as I want for as long as I want! It's like reading a page turner - great novel and you can't seem to put it down and the dread of the end coming bc you never want it to end!

Down to earth, relatable, inspiring, and a good vibe.

Really enjoyed this & will definitely be using the frameworks shared in my practice moving forward.

UPDATE:
After trying to failing to get this review deleted, the Coaching Masters have decided to put out a carefully worded reply. It is clear from my review that the app had initially offered free courses. I would expect anyone offering free material to let users know if the terms that they signed up with change. Usually, users are given prior details of the change and they can make an informed decision of whether they would continue to use the service or not.

Downloaded the app in December which came with free courses and resources. They didn't inform me of a recent change and now all that's left is a two hour free coaching certification course. When I queried, they said the app has been updated so I have now lost access to all the content. That is misleading. Have deleted and would never use again. Didn't know about the founder's background but would exercise caution.

The Coaching Masters has been one of the most powerful and life-changing experiences I’ve ever invested in. It’s so much more than learning how to coach others, it opens up your own mind, helps you grow as a person, and gives you tools and awareness that impact every area of your life.
The opportunities within the university are incredible, and the support throughout the journey has been amazing. You genuinely feel encouraged to grow, learn, and become the best version of yourself while building real coaching skills.

Everything (and I truly mean everything) about The coaching Masters as a whole is incredible. From the learning (currently on the coaching accreditation) to the community and support is spot on. Ive had support from the moment I joined on the app and receive the love and support daily from the whole community, those new, those been there for a while and very experienced and Liam and lewis who also show up daily to ensure everything's smooth sailing. On first glance everything looked far too good to be true, I jumped in and I wont ever look back, only love and gratitude for The Coaching Masters and all it embodies, teaches and supports. The value for money is 2nd to none also, they go above and beyond with everything. Only regret is I didnt do it sooner. Thankyou always!

I have been part of The Coaching Masters since August last year, and the level of learning is amazing. The delivery and teaching techniques have allowed me to learn so much faster than in previous courses I have taken. And the passion for this work shines through every team member.

Just recently, my husband and I have been struggling with a few things, and where I would normally bury my head in the sand, the team at TCM has made me feel part of such a supportive community that it allowed me to feel confident in reaching out and asking for help.

Rebecca from the customer support team couldn't have helped me more. She elevated my stress with solutions, and I didn't feel alone in it anymore. She genuinely wanted to help me through this time. I have never been met with this level of compassion and empathy from a company before in my life. And it just makes me want to stay a part of TCM for as long as I can.

Absolutely life changing experience ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Enrolling with The Coaching Masters one month ago has genuinely been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made (thank you Hayley April-Smith!!).

From the beginning, it’s felt like so much more than just a course. It's a fully supportive and engaging environment designed to help you grow, succeed, and truly step into your full potential as a coach.

The course content itself is incredible, emotive, humorous, practical, empowering, and thoughtfully structured so you can actually apply what you’re learning in real time. But what really sets this experience apart is the level of support behind it.

Having access to a dedicated Customer Success Manager (Chelle Stanley) has been a complete game changer. She doesn't just “check in”, she holds you accountable, keeps you motivated, and genuinely care about your progress. Every milestone feels supported and celebrated, which makes such a difference when you’re building something brand new.

The community and App is another standout. It’s refreshing to be part of a space that’s built on genuine encouragement and shared growth amongst like minded professionals, rather than just being sold a course and left to figure it out alone. You truly feel like you’re surrounded by people who want you to win and cheerlead you all the way!

Access to the founders (Lewis & Liam) is also something really special - it shows how invested they are in their students and the quality of the experience they’re delivering.

And Bonnie - her coaching workshops are amazing. The value she brings, the way she facilitates, and the impact she has as a coach has been huge. I’ve taken so much from each session.

This has honestly been a life altering journey for me, both personally and professionally and I needed to share it. I’m so excited to continue growing here, and I genuinely can’t wait to meet more of the incredible people behind this business and platform.

If you’re considering it, do it. You won’t regret it!

Coach masters has been an incredible journey so far and it’s only really just started.
I like the app and how easy it is to navigate, connect and find things.
The support is always on hand especially by chelle stanley she cares about the members immensely and always reassures, assists and goes above and beyond to answer coaching questions etc.
I joined in November and I purchased the lifetime membership and it’s allowed me to take my time, take pauses when I’ve needed to and also it means I will also have access to any new resources or courses launched in the future for no extra cost.
I like the variety of the hosts of the zooms (lessons) and I love this aspect of this course and I think this was a major selling point for me as well as the ICF Level 1 qualification. Overall I have not been disappointed once.

I have loved my journey so far with The Coaching Masters, I am a life long member and am really glad I took that leap as the training, guidance, support and community are invaluable. Also, I have had such great support outside of the training with Chell Stanley. She has been an amazing wealth of knowledge and support and very patient with my questions at the start of my journey and continues to support me now as I progress through. I love that she also checks in with me every now and then as working for yourself and transitioning from your day job to your own business can be overwhelming and a little lonely.

TCM has truly changed my life. I had a call with Kylie and gained so much clarity on where I want to head. The training is second to none and I've made so many genuine connections through the workshops. Keep it up TCM!
