I'd avoid this company at all costs…
I'd avoid this company at all costs if you're someone who would potentially use the 14 day cooling off period as I did. They have broken their own t's & c's by not adhering to this, which is extremely unethical.
I cancelled the courses I'd signed up to within 14 days, due to the content and support not being up to a standard required for someone who is Neurodivergent.
I emailed within the 14 days, of which my emails weren't acknowledged. They continued to proceed taking the money from my account.
Once it had come to light to TCM, that I took initiative to cancel these payments, I was then bombarded with a huge amount of emails each day, more than I'd ever received from TCM, as well as being sent marketing texts and WhatsApp messages from TCM that formerly, I had never received.
I was also receiving emails stating random amounts of money they were trying to take, which weren't relative to the agreement.
They've shown no empathy or responsibility to the fact my emails hadn't been actioned from their side and have since began to threaten legal action and sending out High Court Enforcement Officers.
If my cancellation had been acknowledged and they had followed their own t's & c's, I'd not be in a position where I want to warn people of this company. However, after this experience, lack of compassion and empathy. I can't help but feel they are masking their unethical trading under a category such as coaching, which ironically is to help, support and empower people. Little do you know at that point of excitement, that you've just become a victim of being trapped in an agreement they don't follow themselves.
There's misleading information, unethical trading and false promises.

Extending my payment plan wasn’t an act of kindness; With this you are trying in a very low under-belt way to twist the readers mind from judging me as a victim to YOU being a victim.
You talk about your commitment to students, yet when I asked for help, all I received was a rigid adherence to policy. True care isn’t about enforcing contracts at all costs—it’s about recognizing when flexibility and compassion are necessary. Your response shows a stark contrast between your words and your actions.
Your focus on contractual agreements ignores the real issue: the promises you made about supporting and caring for your students. I’ve fulfilled my obligations under extremely challenging circumstances, yet you refuse to show the same responsibility by addressing my situation with the humanity you claim to uphold.

They try to steal your money
They try to steal your money. Do not trust the 14 day money back guarantee. They will tell you it is not like that in the terms and conditions after you have paid but not show you the terms and conditions before you pay. Then try to bribe you with the money after they have caused anxiety and depression relapses to take down bad reviews. It’s too late sorry, the damage is done! Very untrustworthy company.

Scammers. Don’t trust them, especially natalie
Was told I could cancel my plan within 14 days and get a full refund. This is not the case and the refund will never come. They will keep the £269 and make you pay for proof of your mothers stroke even if you tell them you can’t do it on the same day that you bought it and haven’t even logged in due to caring for your mother. They are not human to steal money from a women that they new was worried about money anyway due to being a single mum and carer but assured me I could have a refund with in 14 days. Then asked for proof of my mums stroke which I had to pay £16 for. I then got blocked on instagram from my coaches page and also from the app and they still kept the £270 I wanted to use to better myself for doing nothing to help me with that. I could have just stopped the payments from the bank as I did not sign any terms and conditions, yet they made me pay more money for proof of my mums stroke just because. They have ruined my life this last month and have also now drifted back into depression due to this and my mum being so ill. I feel scammed. Natalie is a scammers and a liar and this company should be ashamed of the way they con people.

This is the most surprising scam
This is the most surprising scam. First of all, the content in the membership is quite good, and I don't regret paying that amount. However, the fact that they run giveaways for 5-star reviews in exchange is already alarming.
I canceled my membership two days before renewal and received a confirmation email. Today, I was charged again, so I checked my membership, and it was active again. I went through my emails and noticed that while all the newsletters go to my main folder, emails about the cancellation go into my spam folder.
So 2 days ago I received this message : "Hey XY,
Bummer to see you go already! 😔
This is to confirm that your subscription to The Coaching Masters Membership has been cancelled. You won't be charged from today onwards.
Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out."
After this my membership was active again and charged again.
Come on, guys, do you really need to scam people?

Avoid at all costs worst customer service I’ve ever encountered do not give your bank details they take unauthorised payments from your account
The quality of the course is same as free courses on udemy u received a certificate for a course I didn’t even complete
They close their Facebook down due to all the poor reviews and people complaining

Unfortunately, we weren't able to find you in our customer base, so we're not able to address your specific concerns regarding unauthorised payments or the level of service you have received from us. Please reach out to us so we can look into this for you and refund you if there are any payments we have taken that should not have been taken.
We are saddened to learn that you are not satisfied with our courses. Again, as we're not sure which courses you are referring to, we're not able to address your quality concerns directly. If you are referring to our premium courses, they come with weekly live workshops, which are not offered on Udemy, and our certificates are of a higher standard, so this is not comparable. We also do not give out certificates freely, so if you don't believe you should have received it, we would suggest reaching out to us so we can look into this for you.
Our Facebook community has served us well, and we have made the decision to close it so that we can host our community inside our new CoachApp, which has much more engagement and is a more positive environment for our students, where they can get personal support from our facilitators and even the founders themselves. The benefits of having the community in one place where we also have our courses mean that our customers don't have to switch between platforms and they can get support much more easily.
We also do not run any competitions that involve customers leaving us reviews that are not genuine, and many of our customers can attest to that as our courses have truly transformed many people's lives. But we understand that we are not for everyone, and we truly hope that you'll find an academy that is more aligned with your needs.

The Coaching Masters continues to keep giving quality
The Coaching Masters App is such a great tool full over relevant Information, easy on the eye, no overwhelming jargon or fluff. For the price, Coaching Masters give value for money +++++. There is no packages that offer such quality in so much quantity for a small amount. However, true to Lewis and Liam's word which is want to make Coaching accessible to everyone, they have made this doable with reasonable monthly subscription. I've used the app and working through the coach flix and just keep being impressed by what is available, the updates and content quality. A lot of organisations could learn a lot about dissemination of information in such a more enjoyable process from this app. The other aspect of working through the Coaching flix is the positive energies and the response from the customer service team and fellow Coaching Masters members. I've recently joined the Coaching masters app and the feedback and support with like minded people just keeps you in a constant positive energy as you work on your self and your business. This company continues to keep giving in buckets and those who decide to join will not be disappointed.

New updated app
I've been a member since last year but the app just got updated recently and is even better than before. There is a lot of content included in the membership and you can upgrade when and if you want to very easily. The TCM community is full of wonderful people who are inspiring and supportive. And even though the company is fat expanding it still has a family feel to it which I love. I highly recommend.
