We recently bought our first caravan from The Caravan Company and they have been excellent from the very start. They have a vast amount of stock for you to look around and chose from. We dealt with Rhys who was absolutely fantastic, couldn’t do enough and wanted to get everything just right for us. He was professional, down to earth and honest. What a great experience, so much so, we have recommended them to our friends. See you in a few years for the next one!

Due to personal circumstances we had to sell our caravan. From the minuet I spoke to Andy he made it easy for us. He paid what he said he would, he was friendly and understanding of our circumstances.

When the time comes to buy again we will certainly be going back to buy a caravan.

Excellent company to deal with from agreeing the fair price with Andrew initially through to the inspection and collection of the vehicle by Richard. Everything done in a professional, polite and courteous manner, thoroughly recommended.

I took up their offer which stated on their website that they would offer me a fair price for my caravan, that I was looking to sell. WE BUY ANY CARAVAN, they said. I submitted the form detailing my caravan and received an email shortly afterwards stating that someone will be in contact with me shortly. Three weeks later, I still haven’t heard from them. Oh sorry, I’ll take that back. They are sending me unwanted caravan sales promotions via email.
You couldn’t make it up.

Just sold our caravan to the Caravan Company. From the moment I contacted the Company all the people I've dealt with have been efficient and polite. The price offered was fair and all aspects of the process from agreeing the price to the inspection and collection of the caravans was professionally done.

Firstly I'd like to thank Andrew who owns the company for more reasons than one however, I've purchased two caravans over the years from Caravan Company in Findon and not only are they supportive during the sale but their after sales service is excellent too, The staff are very friendly and helpful furthermore we recently purchased a holiday lodge so I sold our caravan back to them and I was extremely happy with Andrews offer and exepted. I highly recommend them and they know I'll be back.Once again thank you to Caravan Company.

From the original phone call with Andy to the moment he collect our caravan from our home we found him to be very friendly, caring and understanding. We were offered a price we were happy with and would have no hesitation in recommending his company. I would have no hesitation in going back to him.

We had been looking for a caravan for a little while and, after having looked at a couple of private sale models, I was directed towards the Caravan Company by a friend who is also a caravan engineer. It was his opinion that I would get a good, fair deal there and that they would look after me, as a customer, very well, (just to make clear, he isn't on any retainer etc from the company but was simply advising me as a friend).

Having looked around at what was on offer on their website, we focussed on a couple of models when we made our visit. We really liked the fact that there were people there to ask for advice and direction in finding the right caravan(s) - it is a big site with lots of stock - but you were left alone to look around at your leisure until you decided otherwise.

Having agreed a price, and the package that comes with it, covering security and 'start-up' kit (we're motorhomers turned first-time caravanners and were able to negotiate a little on what was included as we had some bits already) we paid our £500 deposit and settled on a handover date and time. The handover video arrived beforehand, which was very useful, and the handover itself was very thorough and comprehensive without being information overload. (Communication in general, whether by phone or email, has been very good throughout the whole experience).

All in all, we are delighted with our purchase and looking forward to going away in it next week. All the guys at the Caravan Company have been really friendly, helpful and professional - without exception. I have made a couple of phone calls to ask about one or two things that I was unsure of and my calls have been answered promptly and my queries dealt with equally so. I was also reassured that I was welcome to call "any time" if there was something I needed help with.

In all honesty, I can thoroughly recommend the Caravan Company in Northamptonshire (I can't speak for the Dorset branch but I don't see why they would be any different) and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

As we were leaving, the owner spoke to us and thanked us for the sale and reminding us that we were welcome to contact them with whatever question or query we might have. This was the afternoon before Storm Eunice kicked in and the whole team had been very busy racing around, making sure that everything was secure on site so, the fact that he wanted to check that we were happy with things before we left, speaks volumes for the level of service that runs throughout the company.

Excellent company to do business with when selling our caravan . They came out to view the caravan agreed a price , transferred the money into our bank account and took the caravan away . The gentleman we dealt with was called Andrew Scott. He was extremely pleasant , polite and efficient . 10 out of 10
