I visited The Bra Consultancy with my mum for a pre-booked appointment. It was just the two of us in the shop as they only allow two customers in at one time. The covid measures in place were excellent. Julie and Kayleigh were wearing masks and both took covid tests that morning. We both came out with purchases and were extremely pleased with the service received. We will definitely be visiting again and would recommend.

I had been recommended the Bra Consultancy by my Mum, who had been told about them from her friend- so I decided to book an appointment. Massive thank you to Julie for my bra fitting, made me feel comfortable and was able to teach me what was wrong with my old bra and what I needed. I hadn’t been fitted since I was 12 and I now know I’ve been wearing bras 3 sizes too small! My new bras are so comfortable and so pretty, looking forward to my next visit. And I am now telling my friends too!

Having lost 4 stone in weight, I was getting frustrated at not being able to find a bra that fitted. I found this fantastic company who put me at ease and no pressure to purchase. I was told that I was wearing the wrong size and shape which was soon rectified. I have purchased two at present and when they get new stock in, I will go back and see what they have.

I was greeted by a lovely lady called Kayleigh. This is a must have experience, beautiful bras and underwear. Nothing was too much trouble. I couldn't have asked for a more experienced person. Thank you all. I will be coming back soon.

Highly recommend The Bra Consultancy. Julie was so professional and knowledgeable about the most appropriate bra following a mastectomy and lymph node clearance. I purchased 3 beautiful bras and a breast form. Why I have waited for nearly 7 years to treat myself I don't know!! I feel so comfortable, supported and most importantly even on both sides in my new bra with my breast form today. It is going to make such a difference to how I feel and how I wear my clothes. The garments were beautifully packed by Kayleigh and being a dog lover it was great to meet Ted too.

There was a wide selection of bras that suited me and I liked which is good! Also, customer service from both the ladies was amazing too- I felt very comfortable. They’d had a busy day and had well-adapted to covid, like only having certain number of people in the shop at one go and spraying the curtains between customers.

I had a fitting today with Kayleigh and it was amazing. I have never had a bra fitting before and it felt so professional and she listened to everything I wanted.

I came away with 2 new bras which fit me perfectly!

I recently visited The Bra Consultancy and what a pleasant experience it was! My consultant was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. As we ladies know, being fitted for a bra is very personal and can be embarrassing. No way was it embarrassing, I couldn't have felt more comfortable, not only because of the bras I was being given to try on, from the very first one the fit was perfect! I wasn't made to feel self conscious in any way. I actually can't wait to go back!

Internet searching produced real treasure, so pleased I found The Bra Consultancy! Everything was easy, personal and comfortable. From initial booking appointment, to phone directions when I got a bit lost, welcome to the shop, fitting service, to ordering. Nothing was too much trouble. After years of bras that were poorly fitted and some that caused bruising, Julie expertly and without fuss found me bras that give true support AND look nice too. I can't recommend enough. I have not been fitted for over 20 years so was a little nervous but I shouldn’t have been. The service was personal but not intrusive. The staff knowledgeable and so friendly. In the current climate I felt all necessary precautions had been taken to keep me safe. I would recommend the bra consultancy to anyone who needs help to get the right size and shape and the choices are so feminine and pretty.

I am a clinical nurse specialist in breast care - I have worked with women who have had breast surgery for over 20years. I know the difference to body image, confidence and sexuality a good fitting, attractive bra can make to a woman and I have been recommending Julie & The Bra Consultancy for several years. Today, I had MY first bra fitting with Julie - I thought it would be awkward.... it absolutely wasn’t! I've just returned from a much needed bra fitting with Julie. She was brilliant - from the start to the end of the appointment and made me feel very comfortable and well informed. She worked her magic and found me the best styles for my bust shape and size and I am so happy with the bras I chose to buy. A great first experience here:
Julie is very friendly and makes you feel at ease. There is a good selection of bras for larger cup sizes and it is easy to order something if they do not have your size in stock. In the current climate of Covid-19, Julie was adhering to all government guidelines and I would happily recommend them.

Everything I needed and more from my personal appointment today. Julie listens to you, provides so many options and reminds you that buying the right bra and knickers ( if you fancy!) is important.

I want to feel comfortable, make the right decision for my size and feel beautiful maybe even sexy!

After some not so nice experiences in other shops, being a bit bigger boned and a little self conscious I came in to see the girls at the Bra Consultancy with a bit of hesitation. I quickly realized it was unneeded as they straight away put me at ease, giving me good options on styles and making sure it fit just right, ended up coming away with 2 bra in different colors and haven't had a bra this comfortable before! I loved the style and design, the fit is perfect. Just wanted to say a big thank you to both girls at The Bra Consultancy. You've made a regular customer out of me! :D :D

A little gem in the Chelmsford area. Personalised ,bespoke service provided for women. Loved the experience of being properly fitted and trying on of things in the lingerie department(bras ) . Julie is so knowledgeable and friendly, went out of her way to make sure i had the correct size of my undergarments . The swimwear is also amazing and not the run of the mill type clothes. Here one can take their time to enjoy the experience of shopping privately, than in high street stores where there are queues waiting to be fitted and most stores do not have the variety nor the sizes of bras that are sold via Bra Consultancy.
