First class service from delivery to collection. We needed a stroller to take on the rigours of the Lake District. After taking advice from the lovely Jane we took delivery of the Land Rover of strollers exactly as scheduled. The stroller easily dealt with the mountain terrain to the delight of our granddaughter. If you need to rent baby equipment - look no further!

Excellent service. Jane was really helpful when I got in touch. They dropped off and collected the stroller when arranged. Also gave a detailed demo on how to fold, unfold etc.

We hired the mclaren buggy for my autistic 6 year old as he struggles with walking and had a big appointment, it arrived exactly when they said it would and it’s was in perfect condition he absolutely loved it. Will definitely be using again.

We had a long trip to the uk planned for later this year but with the virus we have had to cancel it 😔 Jane has been amazing the whole way through from originally booking the car seat and buggy combo for our 3 month old, to when we have had to unfortunately cancel. We hope to get to the uk soon so wee one ca meet his other grandparents and I’ll definitely be using the baby loft for our car seat n buggy hire needs when the time comes 😊

We arranged to hire a carseat for our planned trip to the UK this April. Unfortunately because of the pandemic restrictions we had to cancel our trip. Jane has been helpful and communicative throughout, and refunded us the amount we'd paid in full. We hope we will make it to the UK in the not-too-distant future and will definitely get back in touch to hire a carseat as Jane was a pleasure to deal with.

I hired 2 car seats for my niece (2) and nephew (1) when they came over for a weeks visit in February. An amazing service, emails/questions answered promptly. Car seats delivered in plenty of time and were immaculate. When finished with them I contacted Steve who quickly arranged for them to be picked up at a time convenient for me. Would definitely use their services again!

Following a long flight my granddaughter's buggy was damaged. I contacted the Babyloft and spoke to Jane who was absolutely fantastic and so helpful. Jane has been amazing from start to finish, answering emails quickly and just so helpful. Steve dropped the buggy to us and explained everything. We wouldn't hesitate to use The Babyloft again and would thoroughly recommend them, they have been brilliant and got us out of a sticky situation. Thank you so much

We recently took a trip to the UK with our 3 and 1 year old children. After previous experiences with airlines and hassle removing and reattaching our own car seats we decided it would be easier to hire child seats, however did not want to pay rental car company prices as they are extortionate and often the seats are of poor quality. The baby loft answered my emails very quickly and were very helpful about the type of seats that would work for us. They are reasonably priced and had the option to deliver and pick up from our hotel. The seats were of excellent quality, easy to install and were clean! The whole experience was very positive and I will definitely use them again on any future trip we make.

My family travelled to the UK recently. We realized we needed a double stroller, but having not previously invested in one, we needed to hire one for the trip. Our initial enquiry was answered promptly and politely. Jane answered our queries and recommended a double stroller we hadn't considered. Once we decided to proceed, the stroller was delivered to our apartment and also collected at the end of our stay, eliminating any hassle for us. We highly recommend The Baby loft!

We travelled from Australia to the UK and found the cost of hiring a baby car seat through the car hire companies very expensive.

After a google search for “baby car seat hire” I found The Baby Loft. My email with the initial enquiry was answered quickly by Jane and after a few back and forth emails while we firmed up our travel plans, we confirmed our booking. The deposit and payment process was quick and efficient.

Steve meet us at the hotel where we collected our car and he installed the seat in a few minutes and we were on our way!

On return an email confirmation for collection point and time was quick and easy and we were met again by Steve. Our deposit was returned before we even landed back in Australia!

We travelled from Australia. 4 adults, 1 older child and 1 toddler. Went to hire a car seat from a car hire company and it would have been cheaper to buy one and then leave it there. What a waste. Found The Baby Loft with a simple Google search. We arrived at Gatwick and Steve met us at our car hire pick-up, installed the car seat and we were on our way.

A day before our departure, I emailed to confirm pick-up details. We left the car seat with our airport hotel reception and received an email from Steve to say he had the car seat.

Our little guy loved his car seat. Was quite happy to fall asleep in it and sit in it for 4 - 5 hours at a time. In fact, when we arrived at the airport hotel we took the car seat into the hotel room and he wanted to be strapped into it in front of the TV while we did last minute packing.

I don't know if he will want to get back into his own car seat.

Would recommend to anyone I know going to the UK.
