I required a rear facing child car seat and ISO fix base for that most precious of cargoes, my grandson! We hired a wooden baby cot and car seat about a month ago . Jane was amazing , she was very easy to liaise with and replies to queries in a promptly manner.
Not many services out there have wooden cots available so we’re very happy to have found baby loft . We’ve one well rested toddler which made travelling slightly easier .

What a great experience we had, I asked if I could change the address, and they said it wasn't a problem.
They even delivered a day early which was good and time to have a go with it before our holiday.

I was incredibly relieved to find Babyloft. I hired a cot and the service was excellent! The service was wonderfully efficient throughout, from the time I placed my order with Jane, to Steve delivering and assembling the cot, to Jane and Steve collecting the cot two weeks later. I will definitely use Babyloft again and have no hesitation in highly recommending the service.

Efficient friendly service. I hired 2 cots and 2 baby chairs for my twin nephews who were staying with us. Cots were even assembled and disassembled on delivery/collection!

We travelled from NZ with our two children (3y + 10m) and contacted the Baby Loft to hire car seats for our trip. Jane was extremely helpful and able to give specific details of the products we were hiring, which gave me peace of mind that our little people would be safe and secure! Their driver met us at the airport when we arrived, and was able to give us a clear demonstration of how to fit the seats. He then met us again at the airport when we departed to collect them. I travelled with my partner and our 6 months baby in the UK in the last few weeks. We rented a car and we went with the baby loft for the stroller/car seat (it was too complicated to bring our own from Canada). The experience was really positive. Jane was responsive and answered my questions quickly. She took care of everything so I didn't have to think/stress about bringing our stroller/car seat. I was quite happy with everything. I recommend this company for sure if you are traveling in the UK and need baby items!

I needed a crib/cot for my 6 month old grandson for a space of 3 weeks. Jane Roberts with Thebabyloft expertly answered my questions and set up a delivery date that was convenient as well as a removal time when the crib was no longer needed. The crib and bedding I ordered were delivered and set up/taken down and removed exactly when was discussed. The equipment was in excellent condition, and worked very well. Everyone I talked to was friendly and helpful and I found the cost to be reasonable. I would certainly recommend Thebabyloft to my family, friends and anyone needing baby equipment and products.

Based in Australia, my daughter and family, including her eight month old baby, visited myself in Wales and my other daughter in Essex last November. The Baby Loft arranged to deliver a cot to me and a cot and car seat to Essex. All the equipment were in excellent condition and were delivered and collected promptly as arranged. Jane, the owner, was extremely helpful throughout while liaising with myself and my daughter in Australia. From the first email, Jane was speedy to reply and arrange the rental for me. I rented the Phil & Teds stroller for 1 month, had to extend it a few times and this was no hassle at all. Stroller was in perfect condition & so reasonably priced.
Genius idea. Would be especially helpful for visitors to London with small children.
Delivery was straightforward, instructions on use were simple too.

Less than expected. We hired a double-stroller and, while it was delivered on time, the canopy was broken, it was dirty and it was incredibly heavy. When we asked to have it collected earlier because it was impossible to travel around the UK with it given it's bulk, the process was a nightmare and we were accused by a VERY rude man of wasting his time when he didn't confirm any of the details for collection before just showing up. BabyLoft really needs to do some customer service coaching for it's staff.

We rented a cot for 2 weeks and would thoroughly recommend The Baby Loft. The cot was delivered promptly at the timeslot agreed and it was in excellent condition. The Baby Loft then collected the cot at a pre-agreed time on the last day of our trip. Throughout the entire process, The Baby Loft were very easy to deal with and communication was clear at all times. I will happily use their services again in the future.

The Baby Loft was recommended to me by another baby equipment rental company, which could not match my dates. The Baby Loft were 150% amazing. Transparent and 'can-do'. The cot and highchair were spotless and of an excellent quality. The delivery is made 'in-house' so you know exactly when it is due to arrive. They deliver on the date you require and collect as soon as you no longer need the items. The cot and highchair were for my American nephew and family, so as they departed for their flight, delightful S arrived soon after to collect the clean items. Such a helpful person who went above and beyond. I have already recommended this company to friends and family and wish them continued success with their excellent business model and customer service. Highly recommended.
