Initially I felt daunted by the process particularly as it involved the sale of my childhood home. However, Bailee was empathetic, helpful, reassuring and kept me up to date with where we were in the process. Ben and team from The Avenue have been everything they promised to be. From the first meeting to completion we felt our house sale was in safe hands. Both Emma and Helen have been fantastic throughout our journey to sell our home. With the knowledge and hard work of them both it wouldn’t have happened so quickly. Highly professional, fantastic communication and always ready to offer a solution to any issues that may arise.
