He has really been put through it with our house sale, and had to deal with extraordinary circumstances along the way.
He has handled everything so professionally, even when I have personally been so frustrated, he calmed me down and sorted the issue. We exchange on Friday at long last after 6 months.
But it’s done and it all down to Martin seeing it through.

We recently purchased a property that was being sold through The Avenue. Put simply, they were hands down the best estate agents we’ve ever dealt with! Emma and Helen were great from the off. On both of our viewings of the property, we were given all the time we needed. They were very knowledgable, seem to have a positive relationship with the venders, and encouraging without being too pushy. Martin was so helpful throughout quite a difficult experience. He offered really good advice and was always on hand to provide support & information.

We used Emily through the Avenue, I can't fault anything or recommend anything Emily could improve on, as everything she did was exceptional. Her communication was outstanding and helped make a very stressful situation, made worse by poor service from the solicitors, much easier to manage. Without Emily, I genuinely believe we would still be stuck in the chain rather than living in our dream home.

After every viewing, she sent a detailed update on how she felt it went, followed by a prompt message the next day with any responses. I was always kept fully informed.

If we ever move again (though I hope we don’t, as it’s so stressful!), we will definitely be using Emily. I have already recommended her to family and friends, and I truly couldn’t fault the service.
