I ordered the Personalised Flower Planter Large Trug for my parent's 40th wedding anniversary. I was delighted with how quickly the order was accepted, made and sent out. The product itself is beautifully made; it's really sturdy and the engraving is spot on. I'd definitely order from this company again - they did not disappoint!

Very happy with the butter dish. The packaging was very flimy and the ceramic dish could have easily been damaged.
My main issue was with delivery. I wasn't at home at the time of delivery and box was left on front doormat by the courier they stated it was in the porch... I don't have a porch. This parcel was easily in view of anyone passing by.

The garden trug was a gift for our nieces birthday. I think she will love it. Its beautifully made and personalised.

I ordered a jam spoon for an anniversary and it was processed and sent out incredibly quickly. Phillip was amazingly responsive, helpful, and generous when Royal Mail was too slow on the delivery and I got in touch, anxious it was going to miss the anniversary it was bought for, even though it was no fault of his.
Happily the spoon has arrived in time and the finished item looks absolutely beautiful. I will definitely be buying again!
