The five year warranty was coming to an end. I booked a test and the aids were taken to be sent off for service and I was told to return in two weeks to collect them and to have wax removal. When I returned no one knew where my aids were. Tracking didn’t work. They were discovered sitting on the desk of the audiologist who had not sent them off. I had to wait another week for them to be returned. Whilst there, I had asked specifically if I could take out a new warrantee or extend the current one, I was told this was not possible. Now I am getting multiple letters offering me just this. I am not impressed.

My experience when I approached your company for a hearing test has been extremely helpful. I was anxious and Elaine listened carefully to the concerns that I had and gave me constructive advice as to what my hearing needs are. At all times she was courteous and I trusted her professional opinion. She put my needs to the forefront of our conversation and I felt comforted by the high level of customer service provided and would recommend your company to those needing help with their hearing.

Elaine made my daughter feel really at ease and did a very thorough and professional examination of her hearing.

Brilliant Service - I originally booked to have ear wax removal, only to find that I had no wax to remove. Instead of being cross and feeling that I'd wasted their time I was given a full hearing test and talked to about my tinnitus and there was absolutely no charge. I was really pleased with the service and it was a relief to know that my ears are clean and healthy which is something you can not check for yourself.

As usual Elaine was excellent primarily treating the build up of wax which impairs my hearing. Consumer items were ready for me to keep the aids working correctly.

Nice to have Elaine to carry out hearing test in my own environment. Did not feel rushed when she explained how the hearing aids worked, anything I was unsure about she explained again. I do have problems with the app in as much hearing aids will disconnect for no reason, also when on live listen on my iPad it will cancel and go off the direct hearing aid mode so everyone can hear, which is annoying and something I hope Elaine can sort out for me.

From my initial enquiry and all subsequent visits I was impressed with the professional and caring service of Elaine Clifford. I can highly recommend the whole experience from hearing assessment through to choosing the most suitable hearing aids expertly guided by Elaine who was also easily contactable should it be necessary. Furthermore
the quality and technology of the hearing aids is excellent. I am a well satisfied customer. Thank you.

Very professional fully explained the earwax removal process. Camera in both ears to show the results. Hearing test conducted at the and and results explained. Yes you may find it cheaper but you always get what you pay for. Well pleased with the results would highly recommend.
