I can highly recommend recommend THCP, having worn older style hearing aids for a number of years I booked an appointment with their audiologist..
on the free test visit,I was greeted by a very well presented gentleman .Faisal was very professional and friendly in his manner and very knowledgeable about their new products. He conducted two or three sound and health checks and conversions about my hearing loss. Which has deteriorated greatly dew to industrial noise and old age!
Faisal described the levels of products and their differences between cost and functions and without any hard sell tactics recommended the ones suitable for me. Their service and understanding is exceptionally outstanding, without being condescending or pushy.They are not the cheapest of aids but you get what you pay for, great built in technology Bluetooth and fully adjustable with a phone app. They give you a few weeks to get used to the new sounds you haven’t heard in years, and the follow up appointments can adjust any whistle or squeak you get. Also supplied are the silicon shields and filters along with a charging station so no more battery changes.. conformation of appointments are backed up with texts and email. Giving you confidence that they are only a call away to help if needed.follow up appointments are 3or 6 months if required along with a 5 year warranty. Well done to all concerned.
