Matt was brilliant . Sorted the wax build up in my right ear and tested both ears to reassure my worries .

I booked an appointment and left my employment early to attend. I knew as soon as i saw the audiologist that it would be a waste of time and that he wouldnt do anything! I have ear wax and he didnt remove it!! I dont think that they are experienced! The ear plugs are advertised as £30 on the website and he quoted me £89+ plus for a bit of rubber! I would not recommend these as a good service!

Matt took my concerns re my perceived hearing loss very seriously. After through history taking , examination and investigation, it was concluded that I don’t have hearing loss . This was extremely reassuring. Matt took time to ensure I understood the results and took time to ensure I understood the dynamics of hearing and what can influence hearing. Previously, I was worried I would need hearing aids, now I know what I can do to work on my focusing and listening . It was a very useful and reassuring experience .

Very professional and friendly service provided by matt Whettingsteel. The setup of my hearing aids after a full hearing assessment was done with great care in terms of both how well the aids performed and how comfortable their fit was. The various features of the aids and how they worked was covered in detail and all my questions were answered. Highly recommended service all round.

I was worried about how to choose an audiologist and the correct hearing aids. Luckily I went to Matt at the Bournemouth Centre in Parkstone. After the tests he listened carefully to my wishes and needs and recommended the appropriate hearing aids. I could even give them a try there and then and they were wonderful. Better than expected by far.
A few days later my own pair were fitted. The fitting was comfortable, snug and felt very secure. I now put them in and forget about them. Matt checked them two weeks later and all was fine. I cannot thank Matt and his chosen hearing aids enough . I need not have worried.

Debbie in Parkstone gave me a full tinnitus assessment – ~60 mins long. It was very comprehensive and I couldn't believe it was a free service. I hope I won't need to visit again, but those that do will be very well looked after.

This was my 2nd visit see my review after 1st visit which was for wax removal.
Debbie the audiologist was friendly professional and experienced. I had my hearing thoroughly checked out and a few missing sounds in high pitch seemed to be the case

I had a problem with a blocked ear and after trying self medication I realised I needed professional help and advice. After scouring various companies online I decided to book with HCP mainly due to the positive feedback on TP. I’m so glad I did. The booking was same day and very straightforward. When I arrived I was greeted by a very welcoming receptionist (Kirsty) I was offered a cup of tea and immediately felt valued. Kirsty proceeded to explain the process and went though the administration which was a breeze. This immediately put my mind at rest and I was introduced to Molly.

I couldn’t believe what came out of my ears but Molly’s calm gentle disposition made the procedure simple, painless and stress-free I am very grateful to HCP for their excellent and exceptional customer service and care.

I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this business to anyone who has concerns about their ears or their hearing.

Debbie is knowledgeable, kind and friendly - she looked after my Grandmother (with profound hearing loss) so well that there was never any question that I would want my hearing checked by her. She explained every step of the process clearly - I would highly recommend her!

I developed Unilateral Tinnitus in my right ear which was very intrusive hearing a non stop loud hissing/buzzing noise.
Debbie gave some very good advice and did a full audiogram. The ENT consultant found this very helpful.

NHS no longer do wax removal, so chose this practice as felt it a better option as I've had ear wax problems most of my life. I had Molly on the first appointment. Due to narrow ear canals (who knew!), it was recommended I have irrigation. Saw Matt on second occasion. Lovely personal service. Felt reassured & informed throughout both appointments. Definitely recommend. Thank you.
