Honestly

Honestly, I was about to leave a 1-star review because the shipping was soooo slow. I was pretty frustrated… but just before I left the review, the package showed up. They had also offered me a free polo as a compensation. I’ve got to say, it really surprised me. The quality is better than I expected, super comfortable and breathable. Perfect for golf. I’d like to order more, but I really hope the shipping is better next time.

It's been over 50 days and the T-shirts…

It's been over 50 days and the T-shirts still haven't arrived. When they write to you after you complain, they are polite but don't resolve anything. I've had no choice but to ask for a refund. I hope they don't take long with that too. Very frustrating.Order #39360

Order 42356 been in delayed shipping…

Order 42356 been in delayed shipping status awaiting courier to pickup for several days. Tried to cancel order since it hasnt left their facility, and customer service said it’s too late to cancel. This company drop ships their products from China. Swipe left and buy products made in the USA. Already disputed transaction with my credit card company after seeing multiple negative reviews on here about their lack of customer service.

Missing Items

Two weeks ago, I ordered six polo shirts and only received one. I've sent them several emails, but they don't respond. These people are playing with other people's time and money. My order number is #41288.

MISSING ITEMS AGAIN - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Order 40927. This is my 2nd order with Textale, and the 2nd time there have been items missing from my order. After numerous emails they finally responded to admit that not all of the items they list on their website are in stock, so they just send out what they have and wait for you to complain. Despite promising to send out the missing item, it is now 22/8 and they still haven't sent the missing items or refunded. Their 'customer service' is a complete joke. posting on here in the hope they read the review and rectify their mess.

Quick shipping; worth giving a shot

I was advertised these on Facebook recently; and I was pretty excited about the shirts. I then hopped over to trust pilot and saw some of the more concerning reviews. I held off on ordering.

I decided to give it a shot because the shirt was relatively inexpensive for some of the shirts I buy, and I figured the worst case scenario would be that I would order one and if it did not show up, I would just have my credit card company refund me

I was pleasantly surprised the green shirt I ordered that was listed in stock showed up very quickly; maybe five days? I got quick shipping notifications and it’s an awesome shirt. I’m gonna buy a few more.

I’m hoping they worked out whatever kinks they had with customer service and stocking issues!

Do not live up to the hype

These trunks do not live up to the marketing hype. They are shapeless and do not provided proper support for exercise. They quickly become clammy and uncomfortable. I won't be using these.

They sell items they don’t have and do not refund

They sell items they do not have in stock then refuse to refund or answer emails. Ordered 2 items on 18 June but only one arrived. They admitted the black long sleeve t was not in stock even tho’ it showed as being in stock on the website. I’m still waiting for a refund for this item and textale now don’t answer my emails. I have reported them to trading standards for being in breach of U.K. distance selling regulations - order 38597

Bait and switch, deceitful

I left 3 items in my cart for a 3-pack discount but I didn't check out. Then I was sent an email saying I'd get a free shirt if I pay within the hour. Going to the cart, I can see that there is one free shirt, but the 3-pack discount is gone. That's a bait and switch.
So, just being curious, I check out the 4 shirts but the total now shows 4 shirts each with a 3-pack discount, but without the free shirt now, of course totaling more than it would have been if it was 3 discounted shirts and a free shirt.

Edit: their support contacted me to follow up but didn’t get back to me after I provided the information. Someone also flagged this review as defamatory. You can guess who.

Awful returns experience

I ordered the wrong size shirts. When I asked if I could exchange them, I was told by customer service this wasn't possible and that they could issue a refund instead. However, they are making me pay for the shipping costs to send the items to Singapore even though I am based in Hong Kong - the company is also registered in Hong Kong according to their email. So I have to pay $150 HKD to send the shirts back so I can get my money back, and then reorder the correct size from scratch. When I questioned this in an email I was completely ignored. And what's worse is NONE of this is stated on their website under the terms of service or returns policy. Not a positive customer experience at all.

My favorite brand

This is my 2nd time ordering from TexTale, and it's just getting better and better in terms of quality, i wanna share an experience happened with my 1st order, the order was shipped successfully to the local courier where i live, unfortunately the local courier lost the package, Textale replaced my order for free and they handled the shipment also for free, i couldn't ask for more, what a great service.

Careful, Careful, Careful.

I ordered clothes, and TextTale cancelled the order, left the tracking status as "order in process" and did not process a refund until after I messaged them several weeks later.

If you order from them, please keep a record of the order, check in with them and use a card from a bank you trust that will back you up if you need to dispute the order.

It's a shame as the clothes look great, but after my experience, I wonder how many orders they cancel and keep the funds.

After talking with support, I was left with the impression that this is their policy.

I hope this is helpful and a shame as they have a good website and it would have been nice to order clothes. But please, before you order, consider the risk of your order being cancelled, not remembering to follow up and losing your money.

Customer support was very helpful

Their support team was able to make it right. Someone reached out shortly and provided me a shipping label to return the defected product. So far I am happy with their customer support. I was just advised that my replacement shirts have been shipped so hopefully the sizes will work out. Will write another review when I receive my replacements.

Great fabric and Customer service

I'm so satisfied with the purchase, thanks a lot. The best fabric and the water-resistant technology is a pure magic, absolutely love it! Can't wait to wear and test it outside..
Ordered Oreo 3-pack, BreatheWork Balance 4-Pack and Midnight Mischief (Relaxed Fit) 3-Pack with some additional free gifts. Due to the delivery issues with the local delivery company here in EU, received only Oreo and Midnight Mischief sets.
However, Customer Support was very customer-oriented and initiated the full refund for missing parts of the order. One of the best experiences, later will try to order something else :)
