I wish I had of read these reviews before handing over my hard earnt money. Trialed the blanket didnt seen to wk , went to ask for refund after a month but it said to try longer. I did but then went on holidays ,came back emailed asked for refund , but they said No as was out of 90 days. I checked and I didnt receive till 14 March but ordered 8 March asked for refund 10 June . The 90 days they said was from order date not delivery date .. how can younhave 90 days to trail something when i.didnt have it for 90 days. Dont be scammed by this company.. product is poor quality

Advertises its kneeling chairs as Terra Wellness TM but it’s just the Artiss brand that sells at Bunnings for less than half the price. I’ve requested a refund but now they want me to pay for return shipping? Outrageous. Their conduct is completely misleading and deceptive. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.
UPDATE: despite the response from the company, I still have not received the necessary information for return shipping to be paid. Instead, I’ve had days of needing to explain the situation again and again to Terra Wellness employees and still no return slip.

Terrible company that is a front for a drop-shipping operation from China, no doubt. I purchased an 'organic cotton' grounding sheet that, when it arrived, came in non-branded black packaging, no company info inside, just a sheet stuffed into plastic that STANK. It is 10000% NOT organic cotton. I don't even need to send it away to be tested to confirm (I do this sometimes with 'organic' products to be 100% sure). DO NOT PURCHASE from here. You will not get any customer support, email or refunds. Currently reporting to ACCC

After buying a pillow that was advertised as being for large framed people I discovered it was totally unsuitable. The supposed 100% satisfaction guarantee is only worth 30%. That was how much I was refunded for not returning the pillow. An expensive result for not reading the reviews on the site. The second star is only for the communications standard.
After recontacting directly as requested, nothing changed. 1 star removed.

It is incredibly frustrating to buy a pillow specifically advertised for large frames, only to find out it doesn't give you the support you need—and then realize the "100% satisfaction guarantee" really just means a 30% partial refund. This company is a total scam. They promote themselves as a small family, Australian business, and so, I was reeled in with that.
I ordered ergonomic pillows at a cost of $167. The advertising portrayed these pillows as memory foam filled, breathable quilted, washable fabric, support walls etc. High quality.
What I received was cheap and nasty knock off's. The pillows were stuffed with poly fill, they had a nasty zipper that was haphazardly sewn. The material of the cover was cheap polyester with a printed quilt pattern. They were flat, with no support. They arrived in a post bag, folded in half in rubbish bag plastic. No care instructions, no invoice. Obviously from China. Worth not even $10. I was very disappointed- mainly because I thought I had done my homework!
I contacted this company to address my disappointment and request a refund. They replied, were sympathetic and vowed to resolve the problem. All words. They came back to me with an offer of me keeping the pillows and them giving me a 30% "good will " payment. Or I could return the items, at my own cost. I have since seen the comments from other consumers who have fallen foul of this lot- suggesting that the return parcels go missing.
I have tracked down their ABN, lodge a complaint with the Consumer Protection and will be emailing the owner of the company- Camila Alves Ferraz who also runs a nutrition shop in Queensland, asking why she takes delight in scamming the Australian public?
Please do not even entertain buying from this fraudulent company! And if like me, you have already been stolen from by them, lodge a complaint. Us consumers need to fight back and shine a light on morally corrupt business.

Not legitimate. As per other comments, recieved a folded pillow wrapped up in a garbage bag. Its bad quality, not quilted - the material has a quilted design. The tag does not have much information on it and its very low and soft and not supportive. Assuming the good reviews are made up, clearly what you see online is NOT what you get. Saw another comment later on here saying no point returning as they claim not to recieve the item when shipped back to them.

I will not be using this company again
I will not be using this company again. I ordered an Everfit Vibration Machine from their website and selected 3 day delivery as this was a gift for my wife for her birthday and was time critical. (I ordered the Everfit as it had received positive reviews online.) The order was placed on the 8th April and when I had no notification of dispatch by the 11th April I attempted to call the mobile number on the site and left a message but got no response. A subsequent email asking for an update got a response that they had no stock of the red machine ordered but could supply in black or gold. I responded I would take the black and received a shipping notice the next day. The item had allegedly been sent via PF Logistics (check their reviews to see what a poor reputation they have) ex Sydney and according to their tracking arrived in their Adelaide warehouse 4 days later. A week later, when the parcel had not been delivered, I attempted to contact PF Logistics on their listed phone number to no avail. I then emailed them and was assured they would look into the whereabouts of the parcel, however they did not reply with an update. Eventually, on the 27th April, the package was delivered. When I opened the package, I found that the machine delivered was not an Everfit brand machine. The machine appears to work as advertised, so far, so I will not be returning it. However, the poor communication, pathetically slow delivery, and deceptive information about delivery times and branding on the Terra Wellness website has led me to conclude that this is a shoddy outfit at best and one I will not be dealing with again. Yet another unhappy customer of Terra Wellness. They need to take a serious look at their business model.

It sounds incredibly frustrating to order an Everfit Vibration Machine with 3-day delivery for your wife's birthday, get no response to your initial call, be told they have no stock of the red model, accept black as an alternative, wait a week for delivery despite the promise, contact the courier with no response, finally receive the package on the 27th—nearly three weeks late—only to discover it's not an Everfit brand at all but a different machine.
I am deeply sorry for the lack of communication when you called, for the stock issue that wasn't immediately disclosed, for the slow delivery that missed your wife's birthday, for the poor courier experience, and most importantly, for the wrong brand being delivered when you specifically ordered Everfit. You deserved honesty about availability, timely delivery, and the correct product, and we failed you on all counts.

I have given the 1 star rating because of this companies consistency. Yes consistently terrible at every stage of this transaction. The loss of original purchase price and return postage is nothing compared with the loss of trust in Australian businesses online. It is now months since my last contact with this company and I am still waiting for confirmation that my returned item was received so they could process my refund as promised.
The end result for myself is that I no longer do shopping online and Im sorry for all of the legit companies out there trying to do the right thing.

Wish I had read these reviews before ordering anything from this Company, who pose as a small family run business who will get back to you. What a joke this is. I will never ever recommend this company to anyone.
Ordered in November 2025. Never received tracking info and then was provided with the wrong details when I chased them up.
Sheet arrived in a timely fashion, but pillows were clearly coming from overseas and this was chased up as well.
Decided to return sheet only to find that the email and website no longer existed.
Made contact with ACCC who advised me who to contact.
Out of the blue they reappear so I resend my email requesting a refund. Responding to emails and phone calls is also something this Company is really bad at.
Anyway. Sent sheet back on 27 February 2026 and I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND. Numerous emails and text messages and nothing.
I eventually did get an email apologising for the lack of customer service and that the TEAM? would be made aware of this. This was a week ago. 2 more emails chasing this and still NO REFUND, no resolution, no update.
What the actual is going on?
Do they ever refund? Or are they a bunch of scammers?

I am deeply sorry for every single failure here: the missing tracking information, the overseas delays, the disappeared communication channels, the unresponsiveness to emails and calls, the vague apology without action, and most critically, the refund that should have been processed weeks ago. You've been more than patient, and we've let you down repeatedly.
