The AI Bot replies here from Terrawellness promise everything and deliver nothing. Do not be fooled by this scam company. Last reply here stated that they would be scanning their database for my name. Yes indeed same name as I gave for my order. Not difficult to find at all.... except that they still can't seem to actually contact me. Seems fair to leave them another review just to see what fairytale reply they come back with this time!

I should have read the reviews. I tried buying an orthopaedic seat cushion for my back soreness in black and I ordered it express. It took over a week to get here. Red flag 1. Then I opened it and it was bright pink. Red flag 2. I didn’t think this was a big deal. But I looked at the quality and it is literally just some extra foam, helpful for when I sit on hard chairs I suppose but not exactly what I bought. I won’t send it back, it isn’t worth it, but not a great experience. Do not recommend.

Purchased a tap filter from Terra Wellness. The tap lasted 96 days, just outside of their 90 day warranty. The side switch (which is made of what appears to be cheap plastic) flew off my tap and blasted water everywhere. After contacting Terra Wellness to see if I could receive any kind of money back (yes I know it was just outside of the 90 day warranty, but I would expect a $70 filter to last longer than 3 months), I was told they couldn't offer anything back and replacement parts are also not available. I was told I should take it to a local plumber to see if they have any parts to fit. Definitely won't be buying anything from them again.

I purchased Terra Wellness's stainless steel water bottle because it was advertised as a double-wall insulated stainless steel bottle.

Unfortunately, in my experience, the bottle did not perform as I would reasonably expect from an insulated bottle. When tested with cold water, condensation formed on the exterior and the contents warmed much faster than my other insulated bottles (including much cheaper ones).

I contacted customer service to raise my concerns. To their credit, they were always polite and responded promptly. However, it took numerous emails over several weeks to obtain clear answers about the returns process, the Happiness Guarantee and how the different policies applied to my purchase. Several questions had to be asked more than once before they were answered.

In the end, Terra Wellness honoured a 30% partial refund, which I accepted and appreciated. I chose this option because I found another use for the bottle and preferred to resolve the matter rather than continue the dispute.

While I appreciate the courteous customer service, I remain disappointed with the product itself. I purchased it specifically because it was advertised as a double-wall insulated bottle, and based on my experience it did not perform as expected.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I purchased one of their ergonomic pillows. It arrived from China folded in half. When unpacked, the “supportive” section was wafer thin, providing no support at all. The covering fabric was a thin knitted synthetic, torn at one seam. The stuffing was the cheapest polyester fill you can buy. So much for its temperature regulating properties. Contacted the company, who offered a refund in full when I returned the pillow - but all return costs must be paid in full by me even if the goods were damaged. The cheapest delivery cost I could find was $35 so simply not worth it. I repeat, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They should not be allowed to continue to operate and their simpering emails saying they understand my frustration are simply disingenuous garbage.

I ordered a pillow (for chronic pain neck condition) 15 days ago to be delivered to Townsville. According to tracking, it's still at brisbane (1,300 kms away) & I find myself struggling to get any response from the crapAramex.
Terra Wellness site says 2-8 days delivery.
What started off as a pleasant online purchase, has now turned into a stressful obstacle course which I will have to navigate through. When it eventually arrives, I already know I will have to drive 50 kms to crapamex depot only to be told they can't find it. This is what happens when Terra Wellness uses worst voted courier service. Very Disappointed.

I bought a pillow nothing like it's advertised. It's very thin and much harder than expected, offering little to no support. I woke up with a very sore and painful neck after using it. I was really disappointed with the quality and wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable night's sleep. This a scam retail.

I think 1 star is generous, if I could I would put none. I have been so disappointed with my experience with Terra wellness. I bought some items back in March and when they arrived they were not as they were promoted on the Internet so I wrote and told them and said I'd be returning them and expected a full refund. We didnt even unpack them as we knew immediately this is not what we ordered. . A few weeks later, I received the address and sent them in early April and they received soon after that (I have verified tracking info etc). From that point till now I am still chasing my refund as they have the products back and they keep giving me reasons why the refund is being delayed. This is ridiculous, it's already the middle of July and the last month they have ghosted me. So unhappy and fed up with the way they have treated me and by looking at it many others. Businesses like there should not continue and should be called to account . DO NOT even consider buying from this company. They will scam you out of your funds and you won't see a penny back. This business does not deserve to exist, as a “wellness” business they do the complete opposite with their misleading product advertisements. Actual products are not in anyway representative of what’s being sold.

Ordered a stainless steel cutting board which looked great online. It has just arrived and it looks incredibly cheap and the packaging looks like it is from Temu or something. Also the shipping said it was coming from Union Lucky Returns which is where things from eBay are delivered from, so it is obviously just some eBay junk they have sold from there own website labelling it as a wellness product. Huge scam!!

UPDATE - This is a fake scam drop box company, returns go to the post office not a warehouse, its repackaged Temu products marked up 500%, they use AI to respond to complaints, they told me to return it after multiple attempts to get them to acknowledge a faulty good is covered under law for the return costs only to receive it and refuse to refund me the freight cost. Now they wont answer any emails, made complaint to ACCC and OFT. They are under investigation and need to be shut down. Absolute scam company with clearly an overseas template response customer service centre. Their pillows are absolute junk, mangled , mis-shaped, never bounced back from packaging so suspect not even memory foam. So thin as to be utterly useless for a pillow and likely to cause further injury. Their reviews on their website must be fake or ai generated. In breach of Australian consumer law for a faulty product they expect the return shipping to be covered by the customer. Infuriating responses by customer services not even reading what you write, after for photos after already sending them, asking if I will accept a 30% refund when I already said no, wasting my life away getting nowhere with them. Absolute red flag warning company, never deal with these people, the whole thing is a junk scam from China packaged as "wellness products".

I ordered Green Jade Gua Sha Tool — Sculpt, Depuff & Glow from this company. It’s not even close to what they are selling online. Scammers! Sending cheap quality products from Ebay.

Website states products sent from Sydney warehouse and via Australia Post. Tracking indicates coming from Melbourne via PFLogistics. False advertising which is against Australian consumer laws. When i contacted company I received generic response without even addressing my issues. Typical patronising response from an online company. The generic response makes me doubt it is an Australian company as stated. Also, very slow in processing and dispatching my order. Never again!

Do not buy anything from this company. I returned an air fryer by post office. I had proof and a signature that they received the air fryer, but they didn’t give me the refund for this item. I purchased a scale that was never delivered. This company is terrible!!!

I ordered the walking stick aid as the product came with light attachment to assist with walking at night. The product I received was not the product pictured on the site. I contacted the company sent an email requesting refund sent photos of the product dispatched. Despite confirmation of the email received there was no action by the company on how I return the incorrect product for return & requested refund.

If I could give them less than 1 Star I would.
After sale service is nonexistent, that is if they reply.
They advertise premium products then provide cheap TEMU rubbish.
And when you try and get a refund for the product, they refuse.
If this company has ripped you off, please report them to consumer affairs so they can be held accountable.

How this business is allowed to operate is beyond me. Stay away! Do NOT get scammed like me, and hundreds of others. Cheap, drop shipped crap! (Although I never received my order). Fake customer service, you will be delayed, ghosted, run aroubd. Have fun dealing with Fair Trading now.

Guess what, Terrawellness hasn't investigated it (read comments ), my new pillow arrived this morning 17 June 2026, rolled up, wrapped in black plastic, no invoice - unprofessional, now I feel like I've been bitten by an online store drop shipping from China! I should've trusted Harris Scarfe instead of Terrawellness which is probably a front for a chinese online store, another Temu!.

One star for delivery and processing the order. Purchased 2 products: the pillow and the hand massager, neither worked well for me, the hand massager made my hand ache painfully and the pillow did not give the support that I need, giving me a headache. As a money back guarantee is offered I managed to (finally) get in contact with them via Facebook messages as no follow-up happened from emailing (other than a short email back acknowledging your email). Offers were made instead of returning the items, such as discounts etc. but I wasn't wanting a cheaper product, or a discount on another purchase and then finally explicit instructions on the return process were provided. Followed these instructions accordingly and registered the items with Australia Post (with tracking) and items were returned to Shoalhaven in NSW with notification of the delivery from Australia Post. After multiple contacts to advise of the return and enquire about the refund over months I followed up with Paypal to see if they could assist in getting the refund. Terra Wellness' response was that I would need to return the items first!! How could it be that they didn't know that I had already done so? I realise that the items were returned to Shoalhaven and that they say that they are located in rural Victoria but that's the address that was advised for the return. Eventually 4 cases were opened with Paypal with different reasons but there was no forthcoming refund from Terra Wellness and Paypal offered me $100 (their maximum) which I took figuring that nothing was coming from Terra Wellness given their past responses. Not happy with only $100 as this amount left me about $65 out of pocket, but at least it was something. So would I say that I felt that Terra Wellness were interested in my well-being - NO! That they followed through on the return guarantee - NO, that they made contact easy and open - NO, at the end of the day they got my money and the items returned in good order and the refund never came through from them.

Do not buy off this company I purchased a grounding sheet that didn’t work and now they only wanna pay me not even half of my refund
