Ordered replacement fibreglass pole parts on the Sunday, they arrived on Wednesday as described and well packaged. Standard delivery was nearly a fiver but still cheaper than driving to the store and collecting myself. Time will be the overall decider on the quality of the replacement parts but as it stands absolutely no complaints. PS remember when cutting fibreglass to wear gloves and a suitable face covering😁👍

From the first phone asking for help and advice, to the speed of the repairs, the updates and progress reports to the shipping of my repairs can only be described as 1st class, utterly professional service.

I was 1st in line on a phone call and waited for 15 minutes without an answer! And having to listening to the same repeated, mans voice as a waiting system drove me crazy.
Seems like the camping world does not work in September.

Fantastic service, I wanted a Ferrule for a tent pole.
They were able to identify the exact part immediately and it arrived the next day. The lady I spoke to was fantastic. This will be my first stop for anything else I need.

Purchased a tent when assembled wouldn’t pitch to the ground so used strong wooden pegs. After several attempts to pitch, a small amount of wind went underneath and caused a tunnel effect which lifted the tent and broke poles. The tent had to be taken down as it was not for for purpose.
When asking fir a refund, I was ignored, so I emailed again to which I finally received a response that, “it must have been the weather conditions and the ground must have been too soft.” I emailed again asking, “if they preferred I take the matter to trading standards.” No reply’
I messaged again, informing the company that it can’t have Bretherton weather conditions or the ground as ours was the only tent in that area that had an issue. We’d taken 2 other tents that pegged to the same ground fine and there were 20 other tents nearby that also didn’t have any issues.
Surprise! No reply again!

Do not purchase from this company, their customer service is extremely poor and as for the product, it was faulty and of poor quality. Quite different from how it was advertised on their page,

2 months since I took my community group camping and still no resolution or refund!

Brilliant help from staff at Tentspares …. Initially I ordered the wrong size inner tube for my Vango Walk away awning and when I called they were extremely helpful re the return and replacing with the correct item (wish I had called them in the first instance!!)
Communication and assistance second to none. I would definitely recommend this company to my family, friends and fellow campers.

I had difficulty finding the correct replacement tent poles and a valve top for my Vango Airbeam Solaris 600….last minute.com trying to sort some tent problems from last year as we go again in 1 week’s time! The Vango spares website was no help at all. So I emailed my enquiry at 8.30pm to ‘Tent Spares’ having found them using a Google search and after a couple of emails from a very helpful lady at TS, by 10.00pm my items were ordered! To help a customer at that time of night was unexpected and almost unheard of. Carriage was stated as 3-5 business days - it arrived on day 2! A very Happy Camper and I will be using ‘Tent Spares’ again for sure!

Excellent, rapid and responsive service. I was in a bit of a pickle and had two days to sort out replacement poles for my Terra Nova family tent. The speed of response, advice and despatch was amazing. Nothing less. I will recommend this company to many.

Carrieann at Tent Spares saved our bacon! We have a pre-2015 Vango AirBeam tent about 6 years old, and when we pitched it this week we had THREE out of four beams fail and only had one spare (having replaced one just two years ago). Having tried a couple of other places online, I found my receipt from the spares I purchased previously and called Tent Spares, and they answered all my questions about a replacement beam before I'd even asked them - length, thickness, and valve position. They arrived next day and have allowed us to carry on with our holiday. Friendly advice and efficient service - what more do you want? Oh, and very reasonably priced, too!

Brilliant advice, great service and to be honest I felt like they really cared and wanted to help me. Even went over and above with adding the extra parts I needed to complete the repair. Communication excellent too and items arrived earlier than expected.

I almost threw away a perfectly good caravan awning because the air bladder had burst, I’d asked the manufacturer if they sold spares, they said “sorry, it's too old”.
Then I found and called Tent Spares, and they said “of course we can help”. In a couple of days I had a bespoke new bladder at a modest price, I couldn’t ask for more.

sent my poles to them because a different company did not come back to me. slightly more than expected but service and fixing was quick. they fixed pole and put in new shock cord which was unexpected and probably why it cost more than expected but was a good idea. hopefully it will not get broken again. if it does i shall get a new set from them.

Amazing customer services! Made my tent poles to measure and gave great contact during the process! Will definitely be using this company again, can not recommend enough!

The only place I could get replacement poles for my Urban Atago 5 tent. Very responsive to my emails, a refreshing change in customer service.

I dont usually write reviews but felt I needed to this time as this company deserves the recognition for thetime and effort they put in to helping me. I cant recommend tentspares enough, their customer services went above and beyond for me with a part i needed and couldn't source myself, I will defo be back if I need anything else. Cannot recommend Tentspares highly enough - EXCELLENT customer service - Carrieann was patient, kind, thorough and so incredibly helpful. New poles arrived earlier than expected - made to spec - perfect to give our tent it's new lease of life. Look no further - Tentspares is an excellent company.

I don’t normally write reviews, however felt I wanted too. Whilst on holiday my Vango awnings air beam had a puncture and unable to fix. Carieann was so helpful and able to identify which air beam was required. If you need to replace one, you will find the market is saturated with different ones. After speaking with Tentspares they sent the replacements out with next day delivery to the campsite. So grateful for your help and service. Carrieann you were so very helpful, thank you.

Ordered 2 parts today to mend my tent . Realised Later that a new tent would be a better option . So phoned company to cancel and they ace rotes this and refunded my money instantly . What fantastic customer care .

We’ve not been able to use our tent because of a broken pole.I’ve struggled to get it repaired but then found Tentspares, they provided a fantastic service from the helpful office staff to the folks who carried out the repair.After checking with them they said they might be able to do a repair while I waited .I arrived about 1150, they quickly assessed what needed doing, quoted a very reasonable price ,and I was off by 1210! Fantastic! thanks to everyone for such great customer service ,we can camp again!
