I ordered stratchits which arrived within a couple of days. Not cheap but do the job they’ve been designed for very well.

Contacted looking for additional mounting parts, to further secure our 2.2m soft shell (bought from here in 2020) to the roof of my wife's 2021 Proace Verso, as it was rattling on the middle bar on rough roads. Admin provided me with a link to purchase a complete mounting kit, which appears to have been updated over my original kit. Using this, and some of my old fixings has cured the problem we had. Tuff Trek are my go to supplier for all 4x4 expedition products. Their own brand of roof top tents and awnings are exceptional quality and probably one of the best own brand products on the market. They're also equipped to supply and install amazing products from the Alu-Cab range and many other brands - Super friendly and helpful too.

This is our 2nd big purchase from Tuff trek, and after our first experience we knew who we wanted to fit the Icarus conversion to our Defender. The staff are so friendly and helpful, answering numerous questions in the lead up. Very excited for future adventures!

We've had our Tuff-Trek Pro Ruggedised 1.6m rooftop tent with the H2 awning for a while now, and it has been one of the best camping purchases we've ever made.

The quality is exceptional. Everything feels incredibly well engineered and built to last, from the heavy-duty canvas to the overall construction. The tent is comfortable, spacious and has performed flawlessly in all kinds of weather. The H2 awning with the full wall kit has completely transformed our camping trips, giving us a fantastic sheltered space to cook, eat and relax whatever the weather throws at us.

What really sets Tuff-Trek apart is the customer service. Dara's knowledge is second to none. From the very beginning, he took the time to understand what we were looking for and recommended the perfect setup for our needs. His advice, experience and genuine passion for overlanding and camping are evident, and nothing is ever too much trouble.

Our 2nd purchase from Tuff Trek, changed from a roof top tent to a Modcap canopy camper, on both occasions the service we have received from Dara and his team have been excellent, cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone looking for roof top tents and outdoor equipment.

We recently had the Alu Cab Canopy Camper installed on our hilux. From start to finish the team at Tuff Trek have been incredible! From showing us around the show room, answering all our questions and then to the final fitting. Not only was the service amazing but the quality of their products and fitting have been incredible. I recently bought a James Baroud Evasion Pro from Tuff Trek and the whole experience was spot on.
Dara was great to deal with. He answered my many questions, gave loads of advice on fitting and never made me feel like I was being a pain. Delivery was also surprisingly quick.
This is my second James Baroud tent, but my first of the newer models. I knew it would be good, but I hadn't appreciated just how many little improvements had been made. The built-in lights, blackout lining, condensation mat and heating vents all make a real difference when you're actually out using it.
I also went for the new quick-release brackets and I'm really impressed with them. They were easy to fit, sit nice and low, and feel incredibly secure.
I've just spent a windy weekend on Mull in it and can confirm both tent and brackets passed the test!
Would happily recommend Tuff Trek to anyone looking at a roof tent. Great product, great service and proper advice from people who actually know what they're talking about.

From the initial phone call to the supply and fitting of my alucab tuff trek were sublime, I was kept in the loop as it traveled from south Africa. Given a date of fitting that was held to and a price with no hidden extras. All the staff were helpful, Cheerful and informative.
