First night in the Tentsile Connect last night. Absolutely love it. The most comfortable tent I've ever slept in. Set was easy with a little bit of a learning curve. The next set up will be much easier now that I know the nuances of tree to tent positioning and finding the comfortable height. We went a bit high at 8 feet, which takes some work to get in and out. I think 4 feet would be perfect. We also have the T-mini hammock which we positioned just under the Connect to hold gear. Thunderstorms hit in the middle of the night and in the morning all of the gear was bone dry. Happy campers.

We bought a used tent from the discount area of the site. Based on the description, we were not sure what condition it would really be in. Turns out it was very clean, no smells. It did come with the wrong set of poles, so we are working with customer service to resolve. Very sturdy, many doors and windows to open. Taking off the rain fly gives you a complete outdoor experience with no bugs.

We love our connect! It’s so incredibly comfortable and not to mention SUPER easy to set up and take down. Definitely highly recommended.

the color i ordered wasnt available and they emailed me a couple days after i placed it to inform me and have me choose a different color but otherwise the order was fine and arrived on time (for when it was actually sent, not for when i placed the first order)

Minor glitch with the order but that's straightened out. Really happy with everything after the first issue that wasn't Testsile's fault.
Haven't setup the tent yet but really happy overall.

First of all, the tree tent is wonderful. The customer service was less than stellar. The first time I contacted Tentsile, I tried to go through chat. After the representative answered one question, the person forgot I was there, or got caught up in something else. The line of conversation simply ended with no explanation. The next day I called to see if I could get some answers. The person answered my questions, but seemed terse, like she was having another bad day. The third time I contacted Tentsile, I got a representative from another location. I was asking about delivery. The person was much more professional.

Ordering was easy shipping was fast and the product was just amazing

Unfortunately, Tentsile was out of the Predator camo walls that I wanted on the sale. What the company did right was called me the next business day and gave me the option of canceling my order or choosing a different color/ pattern. Thank you Tentsile for the great service.

When I ordered the tentsile connect, the estimated delivery would be 5-7 days. I got my tree tent in three. Obviously results will vary, but this was by far the best service I have ever received by any company. Before I ordered, I talked to a representative and they were extremely helpful and lead me in the right direction as to what my needs were and so therefore, I could not be happier.

EDIT: Wow. Tensile has excellent costumer service. They were very kind and quick to respond.
They offered to send me a new duffel bag and an accessory for compensation.
I decided to keep the Connect for weight issues but I would advice new buyers to get the Safari range, as they seem sturdier.

Okay, this might be a bit rough review, as I honestly love the idea behind this tent. I just wish it had gotten a little more love in manufacturing.

When I first wore the duffel bag on the way home from the post office, one strap sort of ripped. (I am a regular sized woman, so I don’t have that broad shoulders..) I honestly think, it can’t quite hold the weight.
When I got home and opened the duffel bag, it was full of excess string. And as I popped up the tent, there was long black hairs inside (I am Scandinavian) and more string and loose ends everywhere from the stitching. The seams are not that pretty but durable. I hope.

Other than that, I think it’s okay. Haven’t slept in it yet, just hung out in it during the day.
If I had the money, I would buy the Safari Connect, hoping for better quality, more “love” put into manufacturing and better colour choices.

If you look past these minor aesthetics (that might make you doubt durability), the Connect is a great size, and the tree tent is a great idea.

I haven’t quite decided if I should keep it or save up for testing a Safari.

On time, and at a decent price.

The stingray I ordered came in the day before I left for a camping music festival so I decided to bring it to try it out and boy was I blown away! It seems they thought of pretty much everything making this product! Comfortable sleeping suspended in the air and doing it with style! I had so many compliments on my setup up the entire weekend it made me feel like a boss lol. Kept bugs out perfectly. Overall would recommend the tentacle hammock and tree tent to anyone! Definitely some of the best money I’ve ever spent! Would happily buy again but idk if I’ll need to bc everything seems to be made with the thought of longevity! This product looks like it’ll last a lifetime if taken care of and used properly!

Great company, innovative ideas and fun

We have loved the trillium tree hammock, as a family, as well as my teenage kids and their friends. The XL is definitely worth the extra money. We had the regular size one (3 person) before and just upgraded to the XL (6 person)- since everybody loved it so much, we were typically overloading the 3 person. A big hit always!

Becuse even 1000/5 stars won't come close to describe how AWESOME TENTSILE tents are!

I am very happy with the purchase experience. I have not yet had the opportunity to use the tent, but the initial inspection of the used product was positive - it is in quite good condition as far as I can tell.

Tentsile is an amazing company that has a truly unique product. Their customer service department is very attentive and knowledgeable and the products hold up to Tentsile’s reputation rivaled only by their imagination and ingenuity! Keep up the good work guys!
