10 days on and still no tracking number or confirmation it has shipped. Easter weekend coming up and was planning on camping with the kids. Fingers crossed it arrives in the next 4 days

The Una I got is great, but there was a flaw in the seam of the fly where a fold in the fabric got sewn into the seam and that section was skipped when the seam was taped.I emailed support on a Sunday, and got a reply early Monday morning asking me to fill out a form included with the email. I sent back the form and within minutes I got another email saying my new fly was being prepared for shipment.
Their quality control might need a little tweaking, but their customer support is second to none.

They didnt have the colour on demand…
They didnt have the colour on demand like I had hoped but were very immediate in trying to resolve the order with an alternative as well as throwing in an additional rain fly to make up for the inconvenience. Thanks

Great company, great product, great tutorials, great payment options, great delivery speed. Can't say enough great things about this. If you've been putting off getting a tentsile, just do it.
