Why didn’t I read this before order 😭waiting for 6 weeks can’t get ahold of them I really wanted those pants ! Definitely filing a report on all our behalf’s

I ordered 3 of these clocks. They sure are not as you describe!!! The picture that is shown are 3d and bright and awesome looking, the ones i received were totally a FLAT piece of plastic!!! I paid good hard earned money to be mislead! Oh and not to mention they took forever to arrive. Dont email and ask any questions all you get is a computer response back to “ be patient” Very disappointed being mislead. I will not order from this company again

Missus ordered gift for me, and I was surprised how bad it was for the price, I guess we should be happy that we received it reading other reviews. Please do not bother to buy anything as it's rubbish!

I knew this was too good to be true. They add additional charges of handling and insurance, without authorization, then do not respond to any emails.

Total scam, please dont waste your money. you will never get your goods or your money back. this site should be closed down.

absolutely disgusting load of scammers. So wish I had read these reviews before ordering. My experience mirrors everyone else.

Same as everyone else it just a scam. I ordered in April. Still not received a parcel. I emailed customer care. They said it's been sent out. I said I haven't received it. Well send it out again. I wait no parcel again. Emailed customer care again. We can give you 60% refund. I said I want the full amount. I then got a message saying they was putting £1:78 into my account. It's disgusting.

Same as previous reviews say item delivered will send again not received again definite scam I am attempting to report to trading standards etc

I originally ordered in April, said it was delivered, it wasn't, they offered to redeliver, was told again it was delivered 17th July, it wasn't. Thieves and scammers. They have a UK based registered company called 'Sayhi International'. I am now applying for a compulsory strike off for this company and suggest everyone scammed does the same. They also have another website called Mythcomfyj.com the company registered number for the UK is: 13495761 - close this company down.

I have had not recieved my order from tendty but had a message saying that it has been delivered please send me my order or refund my money.

Ordered items, no arrival, contacted company who claimed items were delivered. Eventually agreed to resend items or I could cancel order at a 1% cancellation fee. I chose to cancel the order. They took 99% of the amount and returned 1% to my bank account. Once paid into my account, they have closed off all contact. Thieves and scammers.

Ordered items and paid for them, promised that I would get them, stated they have been delivered twice. Not true have checked CCTV footage and nothing has been delivered. this company is a total scam. I will going to social media so that family and friends are aware of this company and i will report to facebook to get the site removed

Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered goods on 8 April 2023, supposedly have been sent twice - these have not arrived (we are now 5 July 2023). Nothing delivered despite tracking showing 'delivered'. Company unwilling to make full refund. Still negotiating with them. Wish I'd read reviews before ordering!

Ordered goods nearly 4 months ago, nothing has arrived. Sent email to complain and was told that the goods were waiting to be delivered by the UK courier. They are a scam wish I had also read the reviews before I lost my money.

Absolute sham of a company said they would refund 60% they are refunding £1.47 if a £33.00 order

I dont think a company excists, was offered a second delivery, free of costs and once again it says "delivered" waited in all day yesterday...nothing just delivered over night. By now the time is too late to get refund from my card. Thank God it wasn't much but they are crooks! Hope everybody reads the reviews!!! You should be ashamed,

My emails were answered but that's the only positive. After almost 3 months and tracking parcels which stated "delivered" after around 30 days I still received nothing.i was told the parcels had been delivered and signed for yet they could not provide any photographic evidence of delivery or signature. Asked for a full refund and was told they can only refund 60% as I have to understand that they are losing out too. This refund is supposedly going back into my bank, however if they cannot get my address details right I am not expecting any result. Avoid this company. Sounds like everyone has had the same frustrating experience.

Do not order from this company they said they had sent my parcel never arrived
E mailed them they insisted it had been delivered
Then offered me 10% refund which I refused still waiting for full refund
They are cheating scammers

I’ve had the same problems as all the other customers on this site. It’s disgusting. I cancelled my order after realising the company is a SCAM. So I haven’t even received the goods and they offered me £1.63 refund. I have repeated emails all the same content from someone named Hansen and one from Alder. Please do not touch this company. I shall continue to pursue my refund and will now contact my bank to let them deal with it as I do not think they will offer any refund. The goods may look nice and appear cheap but it’s all rubbish. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
