Stay away another scam advertised on Facebook. Purchased a wallet a month ago. They stopped sending updates and I never received my order. They will send an email saying that they will resend your order then never respond to you again. Only out of 34 dollars I should have known better but will never make this mistake again

This company is fake I ordered something from them It took 6 weeks to deliver and then it just stopped they refused to refund my money and they won't tell you what credit card you charged on the receipt has no information and the tracking is bogus stay away from this company

They have no return policy. The item cost me over $ 50.00 canadian with exchange rate and delivery cost. They offered me 4 dollars US and to keep the item. It is your expense to ship it back to "China" which would probably as much as the item. They basically don't care. I would recommend not to order anything from this company. Very unhappy customer

Item never arrived, they would not refund and would not resend the item. When I reached out they kept sending auto responders that showed they weren't reading my emails. They are said the first tracking number was "wrong" when that one showed the item was clearly lost in transit and never made it and then offered another tracking number that said "Delivered" over a month and a half ago, when the original tracking showed the item coming from abroad on the original tracking and the second showed shipped and arrived locally. I even was charged "shipping insurance" and they still wouldn't do anything but continue to say it was delivered. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Scammed. They're getting so good. I ordered something, got a daily tracking update.....yesterday it was still in the US, today its apparently delivered on my front porch in Melbourne, Australia. Can confirm nothing has been delivered.

I placed an order and it did not come. So when I tracked it the post office said it was put in a parcel and after I told Probablei that, they suggested that I check my yard and bushes, AND ask my neighbors if they had taken it.. no replacement offered no refund.. DO NOT USE

I’m not sure but I think they just stole my cc info without processing my order. I first put in my bank card info and they said it couldn’t be processed. I know there’s nothing wrong with my account but thought maybe it was bc it was a bank card. So I tried my regular cc and still wouldn’t go through. So now I’m thinking they were just stealing my info.

This company is definitely a scam. I was charged $144.84 for a $22.00 transaction. I also did not confirm the transaction but they went ahead and processed it any way. No response from them when both I and paypal contacted them. BUYER BEWARE!!! 0 stars

This company is a scam. I ordered something and then they charged me double without me knowing it. I can’t get in touch with them to find out why they charged me so much and I don’t even know what I’m getting. I got duped.

If I could give less than 1 star I would.
Placed 2 orders. Both orders were charged a random amount higher than the checkout page stated (thank god I took screen shots or they will refuse your refund). They were quick to refund the overage only after I sent them the screen shots twice... but this incurred me an overdraft fee, which they are legally responsible for, especially since they sent me a letter stating it was their error. But now they keep sending me the recipt for the $5 refund and wont do anything more about it and my lawyer informed me I could easily file suit and stick them with all the charges from the lawyer and court and its a 100% sure fire win. Since they admitted. Their customer service number comes back as not completed as dialed. :( i wouldn't buy from them.
