I hosted my website: jonathanolaitan.name.ng with telahosting. During the registration process, I made some mistakes while registering for the hosting account. I contacted their WhatsApp support team and luckily for me, a very kind staff from the support team by the name Favour Omaha, followed the matter up very well and fixed the issue very fast. She was constant and her services were very professional. Also, the hosting services has been really great thus far and I’ve been enjoying it really well.

This was my first hosting purchase with TelaHosting.ng, made for a budget-conscious client, and I was genuinely impressed by their support responsiveness. I paid via bank transfer and reached out to their support team to confirm the payment. Favour Omaha responded in under 3 minutes and this was outside regular working hours, on a Sunday evening around 11:30 PM.
That level of availability and professionalism is commendable. I’m looking forward to seeing how their servers perform over time and to having more experiences with them as a customer.
