Great experience from start to finish. I contacted the tech support before purchasing who sent tech sheets and advised on the best products for the job. Products were easy to apply, finish great. On a 35-foot wooden ketch
On a 35-foot wooden ketch, we have been using TeaMac paints for as long as I can remember - 20-30 years. We found them as good as you can get and hope they still are. However, as the order has just come, it is yet to be used!! At the same time, delivery was prompt and painless. But I couldn't track it as it was by way of an unwanted shopping site. Naughty!

First time users of this product.
This our first time using this product. We normally use Intertuff. We opened the 20ltr tub to find a liquid much more thinner than we are used to. We then did the narrowboat hull and found the paint really easy to apply. It dries quickly too. It overcoats very easily. Satisfied so far with the application but will give a proper review in 2 years time when our boat comes out of the water again.

Grippy product, hard to apply
Good quality product and excellent service, but found it impossible to get a nice even finish on well prepared GRP decks following all the preparation instructions.
Although it doesn't look great, it certainly gives a good grip.

15% handling charges?
I returned a small tin of anti graffiti paint £63 - and I've been charged 15% for returning - on top of the postage costs, £11

Hi Helen, I am sorry to hear that you feel the 15% handling charge for returns is expensive. We state on our website under our 'Returns Policy' that this is the case.
Hazardous materials requires appropriate labelling, packaging, handling and paperwork which is why we charge the 15% handling fee.
The amount of postage you paid was with how you chose to ship the paint back to us, which was via Royal Mail.
If you had contacted us before returning the paint we would have done our best to minimise any inconvenience to you and organised the return of the paint via FedEx.
I am sorry again for the negative experience you have had.

Overall very good service
Overall very good service, fast dispatch and good products and prices. Can't give it 5 stars as the website is very hard to navigate and no way to search for products it seems. Went for marine paint for a shop front, hopefully, the finish should last longer than normal exterior paints. Otherwise great!!

I rolled this on an old fibreglass…
I rolled this on an old fibreglass caravan. It certainly did the job and made a tired old van pretty cool.
One issue i had was that despite using two Teamac undercoats and two top coats I can see some areas that seem flatter than other areas. I really tried my best to give an even spread of paint but still have this effect. I mean its not terrible but nevertheless noticeable at certain angles.
I would love to know if I can put a polish or wax over the top just to even things out.
