Taylor Chartered Surveyors were great throughout the whole process! Very friendly, efficient and responsive to any questions that I had. If you need a valuation for Help to Buy, this is THE company to go to. They do hundreds a week and therefore know what they're doing. They are also very reasonably priced and Elliott, who does the surveying, is friendly and on YOUR side. He understands your position.
