There are companies who are cheaper, but not nearly as good a service as Taxibrusselsairport.com. Don’t risk disappointment as there are plenty out there who will give it without a second thought. Used several times and even though BA were late every time this company didn’t disappoint. Excellent service great drivers and clean modern vehicles.
Very Reliable and not too expensive. Used them 4 times back and forth to Leuven in last couple of months from airport as son is studying in Leuven for few months.

If you had really paid for a service and been scammed — wouldn’t you demand your money back?
Dear readers, please think about this.
Here is the timeline of events:
1. We carefully checked our system and confirmed that no reservation under this person’s name ever existed.
2. No payments were ever made through our system, which only works with Stripe as the exclusive payment method.
3. We contacted the reviewer and asked for a reservation number or proof of payment.
4. The reviewer completely ignored all our requests and never provided any evidence.
5. We submitted all relevant proof to Trustpilot, confirming that this review was left in error and does not concern our company.
❗ Despite all this, Trustpilot does not remove or edit such reviews automatically, even when the company proves its case. Their policy is to keep the review visible unless the reviewer provides clear evidence of confusion or unless it directly violates their rules.
As a result, this false review remains online, even though it is not based on a genuine experience and misleads readers.
👉 Please note: All prepaid bookings go only through Stripe. If a customer really paid in advance, there would be a Stripe receipt. Since no payment exists, the claim of having paid is false.

Our service was punctual

I got an excellent driver. Upon landing, we were immediately contacted by him. I booked this ride at the last moment - just 3 hours before because of the change in my flight schedule. The taxi arrived on time. The ride was very comfortable and the driver was very helpful. He helped us with our luggage till we checked in at the hotel. I would definitely use this service again.
We have been using this excellent service for years, and we are very pleased! Alex is a great driver, prompt, polite and communicative. The car is comfortable and spotless. We highly recommend his service!

Reservations were easy to make on-line. The driver showed up on time with in a nice, large vehicle, as we'd requested. He helped us with voluminous/heavy ski luggage, and got us safely to the airport on time (indeed, early). The cost of the trip was very reasonable, given the excellent service and comfortable ride.
