Bad customer service

Website mixed names & addresses up. Customer service non existent due to it being Christmas. I won't use this company again.

Delivery issue

I paid $20 extra for the same day delivery
I ordered two hampers.(same day delivery)
I received only one box after two days and second box after five days , I had to call many times .
Still no one said that at least the extra money that I paid will be refunded.

The parcel wasn’t supposed to be delivered until the 19th December 24…why put an option to choose a date if you are just going to ignore it!!

I ordered two days before date of…

I ordered two days before date of delivery and I get a call from driver at 7 evening that he can’t find the address. I ordered early as not to get a delivery in the evening. I’m still trying to confirm they even received the flowers. Not Impressed with your service actually very angry.

Where is the Christmas Wreath?

Ordered Christmas Wreath and paid for priority delivery on Monday, called Tastebuds on Wednesday morning as item not delivered. Lady advised they engaged external delivery people but the tracking code was invalid. Lady was going to call me right back, still waiting and item not delivered. Paying extra l thought would guarantee delivery, sadly this did not occur. No mention if l would receive credit for next purchase?
