I ordered a bouquet it was easy and delivered the next day and they sent notifications at what stage so that’s the best part of dealing with tastebuds

Bacon Bits open in hamper

Gorgeously presented box, great mix of products exactly as per order however the bacon bits packet was open, after I guess being popped by the weight of the glass alcohol bottle in transit.
Two of the three hampers I got had the same packet popped open.
Very efficient delivery.

I have no idea whether my 90.year old…

I have no idea whether my 90.year old father received his delivery..l can't ask him because he has a weak heart and will stress about it..a simple notification once delivered would have addressed this problem...he hasn't mentioned it to me..EDIT..My 90 yr old father received the delivery 5 days late, so not on his birthday..that's terrible..
The hamper looked great when l ordered it..

I found the ordering process…straightforward

I found the ordering process straightforward with plenty of great options available. However, I had issues when trying to update the delivery address after placing an order. Despite reaching out via email and phone, only one of my two delivery address changes was updated successfully. For the other, I was promised follow-up and confirmation, but I received no response and ultimately got a delivery notification for the wrong address. This lack of support was frustrating and disappointing considering this was a Christmas present.

Clunky

I felt that the website was clunky and when ordering for a client. I wasn’t easily able to distinguish between their details and my own.
The delivery notifications were all over the place and didn’t seem to be in sync with the delivery. I had to call
My client to confirm if they received the delivery. They did enjoy the gift which was something but wouldn’t use the service again.
