Overall happy with my experience at the minute, but I’m still waiting for goods to be delivered as the date I was given was a couple of weeks after purchasing so I can’t really comment on delivery.
The selection of goods in store was pleasingly large, but the one area I found would need improvement was it seemed too many of the shop floor staff were stood in groups talking to each other rather than being readily available for customers.

Received bed base , for the money I didn't expect much but very surprised as I ordered online , very quick assembly , 5 star service from Taskers so many thanks .

I've been waiting for a table and chairs, and emailed them no answer. I've rang them on the phone for 30 minutes, and then they put it on voicemail. Absolutely blazing, customer service is shocking, this is not the first time I've had bad customer service from taskers, this will be the last time I buy from there.

Very polite and helpful delivery men, they took all rubbish away with them.

Took delivery of a leather 3 seater sofa and chair this week.
The staff member in store explained about the grade of leather, and dealt with our order in an efficient and courteous manner.
The furniture was delivered 2 weeks later as it was available in the warehouse straight away.
The delivery was done within the alloted timescale, and we received plenty of notice via the tracker system. The delivery men were very thorough and planned the route into our house via the back garden and conservatory as it was impossible to bring it through the front porch. The furniture was well boxed up, so they opened the boxes on the front drive to make the transportation easier.
They took their time bringing the furniture through and no damage was done.
Then they unwrapped the furniture, and screwed the feet on.
They were very pleasant and we were delighted with the service.

Second time have purchased furniture and rugs from Taskers. Great selection, friendly helpful staff.
Delivery guys very helpful, and caring. Excellent selection of furniture in showrooms, refurbished bistro is lovely.
We just popped in for a coffee!!
