Superb for personal and professional development
I've been part of Claire's Mind Shift programme for 3 months now and I've got to say that it's been a remarkably positive growth experience. I told her I feel like I'm ripping her off due to its great value for money! It has engaging bitesize content, access to a friendly community and options for personal coaching (although the group calls are really useful). I look forward to her releasing new content each month and I have learnt so much in such a short space of time. I highly recommend it to anyone who wishes to learn about themselves and also develop in professional and personal settings. Give it a go, you won't be disappointed.

The Mind Shift Coaching programme is a great way to have fun but also get some real targeted group coaching. It gives access to video and self reflective material that really does make you think. Claire is an extremely good coach and the programme is well put together. Highly recommended and if you get the chance - just do it!

Bespoke Management Training
Claire and Ralph created a blended management programme, working with us to determine what topics best suited our needs. Delivery of the programme was well organised, professional, clear and concise.
Those who participated were engaged, have been challenged to put learning into practice to help them grow as individuals and managers.

Best Management Development Training Available

Two day Train the Trainer course
I recently attended a 2 day course with Claire, and have nothing but positive things to say! Claire was absolutely fantastic at helping everyone in the group significantly improve upon their skills within the 2 days. She has a very positive attitude which is encouraging whilst also being clear and consistent with areas of improve. All feedback was very useful and I will definitely be implementing what I’ve learned into my work. Thanks again to Claire for a great few days.

Fantastic training
I completed the two day PTT Train the Trainer course with Ralph and can honestly say it's one of the best courses I've ever been on. I have learned so many new skills and techniques, been able to practise and develop them and am now much more mindful of my training style than I ever have been before. Training with a difference
