They really need to have much better…
They really need to have much better quality control over the fresh veg. Having washed th okra, after discarding 2, left on counter top. Next morning so many of them were furry. Had to discard the lot.
Same with baby aubergines. A number of them had squggie areas that needed to be cut off.
Will not rely on them for fresh veg.

Sorry to hear that, just to let you know we had some issues with the deliveries as it was a holiday season and they delayed your parcel.I have checked this today and that could be the reason.You are our one of our repeat customer and you know we never upset our customers, but at the Christmas and New year period there were some issues with the supply chain and the deliveries this has caused you a problem with the fresh veggies.But, i can assure you that it won’t happen again.

Hi Younis, Thanks for taking your time and leaving us a review. I have checked your order and you haven’t paid for any delivery as its a free delivery we offer on orders over £38.
I’m also not sure where did you see for an option to deliver on Friday, as our standard terms for delivery is 2 days and we don’t offer to deliver on a particular day, We use DPD and they deliver Mon- Fri.We have dispatched on Friday and you will receive it on Monday as they don’t deliver on weekends.
You might be aware of Royalmail strikes last week which is adding additional times for other couriers like DPD as everyone is using an alternate courier services.
Also to let you know we try our best and dispatch the items as soon as possible, but we rely on delivery companies to get them delivered and this is not in our control.Most of the times the items are delivered on time.
