This is my second experience with your company. My accommodations were centrally located and provided me access to the Christmas Markets. My hotel selections were excellent. I loved the Eurorail. Staff was professional . Responsive to any concerns I submitted to the company.

Tailor Made Rail is an excellent travel company!
We've now booked four brilliant holidays with Tailor Made Rail. The first, a tour of Switzerland, was cancelled due to the pandemic, but not before we had received our very well-organised itinerary and travel passes, and we were very impressed by the way the TMR team managed our inevitable cancellation. Our second and third holidays, a tour of Wales and a visit to Amsterdam and Delft, were equally well-organised, and we were very comfortable in our designated hotels. This time, we went Interrailing to Lake Lugano, stopping on the way out in Basel and on the way back in Dijon. Each hotel was lovely, clean and friendly, and close to the railway station. Train connections were well thought-out, and made manageable by means of an excellent travel pack.

Exactly what we wanted!
My friend and I wanted to go by train all over western Europe for a month. It seemed a daunting task to join up the travel and the hotels. Tailor Made Rail was recommended by Seat 61, and it couldn't have been better. Between the company and us, we juggled the itinerary for a few weeks, and then settled on a plan. It all went seamlessly; the hotels were great. Ten out of ten. Thanks for the memories.

Cinque Terre trip.…
All contacts leading up to our holiday were pleasant and helpful.
We started off with there advertised Cinque Terre trip and were very impressed how flexible they were in altering to suit our wishes. (extra days and detours).
All rail tickets and hotel vouchers supplied, resulted in a trouble free and enjoyable holiday. Hotels were all of a good standard.

I received excellent service from
Tailor Made Rail ( TMR). During the early booking stages I made several calls to TMR. All the agents and advisers I spoke to were very knowledgeable, helpful and polite and took the trouble to understand my requirements and to address these. If they could not deal with my query immediately, they would look into it further and promptly come back with an answer or alternatives, either by email or by phone. The train and hotel bookings were spot on. On my return I received an email ( and as requested, a telephone call) for my feed back from the trip. I was inadvertently overcharged for accommodation on my card at one of the hotels. When I explained this to TMR they promptly arranged a refund from the hotel. All in all, an excellent service.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service. Apart from the time of the first train on our trip to Austria being incorrect (!), the itinerary was perfect from beginning to end, the instructions re Interrail passes were crystal clear and the train connections easy to navigate. We had only one problem when our TGV from Colmar to Paris Est was cancelled without warning; Zak from TMR was on the phone almost before we realised we were stranded, and reservations organised on another train so we made our Eurostar back to London as planned.
This was our first experience with TMR and we will definitely use you again!
