Very similar experience to others , was a little concerned initially when considering to send by 20yrs old Carrera for service/repair but based on Trustpilot reviews I went ahead and never looked back.
Would 100% recommend and thank you Mark and Alexis for the great work and feedback.

Same as Mr McQuaid - started on Google - had reservations - went to Trustpilot - felt more comfortable. My Tag is 30+yrs old and about to be passed down to my grandson. However, it has returned looking like new after a full wash and brush up, so have decided to keep it a while longer. Great communication, great work and great result - thank you Alexis.

Found these guys through Google and was a little wary of sending my watch. Checked the reviews and decided to have the work carried out.

I took my wife's Tag watch to the jewellers to get the battery replaced, they told me it needs to be sent away to get this done, and it was an 8 - 10 week turnaround, which I thought was a bit much, the girl in the jewellers gave me a couple of names of independent Repairers to try, so I contacted Tag Time, and I'm glad I did, the watch was sent off on the Wednesday and the battery was replaced, watch resealed and pressure tested to ensure still water proofed, and ultrasonic cleaned, all this and returned by the following Thursday, what an absolutely superb service, I will be definitely be using again.

I sent my Tiger woods limited edition link for repairs,refurb and service.Just got it back,it looks fantastic like brand new again.You might think it is expensive but if you want first class job doing I would highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic service answered all my questions before sending my Tag Carrera automatic for a full service, once sent I was contacted to say they had received it and then it only took 7 working days to complete the work before getting it safely delivered back to me the day after !! All I have to say is I will definitely be using them again for my next service !! Anyone thinking of using Mark, Alexis and there team to sort there watch out I would say go for it 100% there a proper professionals and are true to there word, thanks Tag Time ✊🏻

I have not replaced the battery in my TAG F1 for over 4 years, mainly due to the cost. Eventually decided to bite the bullet and found TAG Time providing a reasonably priced replacement. I decided to take the Maintenance Service and the experience was tip-top. Great comm's with the watch being returned within a week looking great as well as the new battery. The guarantee period for the battery is a very good 2 years.

I have bought three Tag Heuer watches a 2000, an Aquaracer and a Formula one in addition to a Cartier Santos. Previously I used a local Watch Service shop but he passed on. I have purchased new batteries from the shop which sells watches supplied from Switzerland in Cardiff for a new battery quoted £85 for Aquaracer
I later receive message Tag Switzerland says needs a service cost £265. 
The Cartier Santos watch in for a new battery, quoted £95. I later receive series of messages needs a service cost £375. 
In April 23 put the Tag Heuer F1 watch in for a new battery, quoted £115. I later receive a series of messages needs a service cost £285, with 8 week turnaround.
I said just replace battery. Told no !! needs service will not change battery, I replied send it back to shop please. Spookily a day or so it arrived back in the shop from Switzerland?????
However now enter Tag Time quoted new battery,seal pressure test £60 inc vat.
As others very sceptical of sending a £1,700 watch off to a new company ! but fear not, first class company to deal with.
I Sent Royal Mail special delivery and watch returned RM insured in less than two weeks.
Absolutely delighted it’s like new, with guarantees and Definitely recommend and will use Tag Time from now on thank you, Mark, Alexis and team.

Absolutely brilliant service, the communication was fantastic and the turn round time was superb. If you are a bit sceptical about sending your watch ?don't be!! Just follow the instructions and send by Royal mail special delivery . I would definitely recommend this company.

Excellent and quick communication, made me feel that my (wife's) watch was in safe hands. Was notified when watch was received. Fast turnaround and well packaged for the return trip by special delivery. Will definitely be using again in the future and have recommended to a colleague.

- Replacement battery, reseal and pressure test
All services completed are covered by a 12 month guarantee. Battery life covered for 2 years. this was done within 10days returned in perfect condition

Excellent service from start to finish my watch has come back as good as new 100% recommended.

Sent in a recently purchased early Tag heuer with a lose bezel, Tag time replaced the click and spring mechanism for a reasonable £41.95 Inc postage back local watchmaker told me bezel was worn out and couldn't be replaced due to age of watch excellent service.

Tag watched needed new battery, from sending it off to getting it back contact from TAG Team was fantastic, and only took one week all in. Will 100% be back with other watches.

My TAG was an engagement present some 24 years ago. Over time the bezel had worn and I eventually decided to get it replaced. I phoned TAG time and they couldn't have been more helpful. They kept me informed throughout emailing me when it had arrived with them and again when they discovered a fault. My watch was back with me in two weeks and it looked like new.
