Excellent communication and workmanship. My watch was fixed and back within about 3 weeks and looks like new. Highly recommend.

5 day turn round and only £69 for a new battery and re-testing of the seals - Fantastic value for money !

Sent in 2 tag heuer formula 1 watches for a maintenance service. Really reasonably priced with a quick turn around and they came back like a brand new watch.

Customer service and communication is excellent as it can be daunting sending a watch in through the post.

Will 100% be using them again.

Always daunting sending off an expensive watch but really satisfied with the work done on my watch...added links and work done on watch hands...Great customer service and communication...if you have a tag that needs fixing this is definitely the place

My Tag Heuer watch was sent to TAG TIME. for replacement battery , reseal and minor service. I was nervous at sending an expensive watch through the post .Throughout the process the communication with Alexis was first rate and my watch was returned looking as new in under a week. I would recommend TAG TIME. to anyone without reservation.

From start to finish the service was excellent. My Aquaracer needed a new crown and the work was carried out quickly. When I received my watch back this morning it looked great having been cleaned. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and will definitely be using them in the future.

32 year old Tag Heuer 6000 sent for a service, new seals and battery. Very quick turnaround and watch returned like new, absolutely spotless. Very impressed with these guys, I will be use this service again definitely.

My thanks to the team at Tag Time for the excellent job of repairing my Tag Heuer and replacing the battery. The watch was returned well within the estimated time and within the original estimate. The watch has kept perfect time since the repair was carried out.

The Tag team were very helpful from the first email query through to the watch being returned. All work done was as expected and to a high quality and I was kept informed all the way through the process.

Myself and partner had our Tag Heurer Watches serviced by Tag Time. Communication was excellent from Marc and Alexis including identifying some extra work that needed doing. Timing was given as 5 weeks and was spot on. Watches returned like new. Very satisfied with the service and wouldn’t hesitate in using them again or recommending them.

I highly recommend this company. I dropped my watch off in person after communicating with Alexis. She quoted me a price and a timescale, both of which were adhered to.
Postal returns are included in the price but I picked my watch up in person (no issue arranging this.)
I’m glad I chose this company to bring life back to my 18 year old Tag Heuer Aquaracer (new clasp, service/battery, clean, pressure test and reseal) it looks as good as new and I’m assured I’ll get much longer out of my battery now!

Excellent service from Tag Time - sent my 17-year old Aquaracer 300 in for a battery replacement, reseal and clean and it came back 7 days later looking like new!
