Ordered a leg holsters. After a year of emails and their excuses asked for my money back. They keep telling me 24-48 hours and I will have it. That's been going for 2 weeks now. Still waiting. I went with them since they are a USA company.

Never heard of them and now they keep emailing me about ammo. Unsubscribing hasn't worked so far.

ordered a survival radio over a year ago never got it just excuses and asked for a refund and never got that either

At the very least, it is a badly run business that not treat you well. So Beware!

I suddenly begun to get a slew of spam emails from TacticalUsa.com for a "free goPro camera" a few days ago. It started off with an email that said "Order Cancelled". Then continued with another 10 (so far) emails with subjects reading, "Customer Service Alert for (URGENT)".

I've NEVER been a customer. So I went to their website by manually typing in the URL.

The site exists (obviously), but the site has many shady elements to it:

1 - The contact form on their site errors out

You can not contact them through the site. Their site form produces and error when you hit the "submit" button.

2 - The address listed is an apartment on the top floor above an Urban Outfitters in Boston.

I used to work & live in that area throughout the 90's. (I think I even knew someone who lived up there). I know the area well. So, either the address is legit & it's "some shady guy" or it's bogus and the people who live there have no idea this is being used for a scam site.

3 - When I moved away from Boston I worked with SWAT and Urban Shield for a couple years. From there, I became a supplier of LE/Mi less-lethal products. (Tasers, pepper balls, bean bag rounds & less-lethal firearms for crowd/riot control). - I have since moved back to the tech industry. So I don't compete in this market anymore. - I actually DO buy tactical gear from legit companies.

4 - The website does not have a direct link from ANY page to an "unsubscribe" page. The link on the bottom of their email reads "1-Click Unsubscribe". Clicking it will run a (potentially dangerous) script located at links.tacticalusa.com. -- I would not suggest clicking in it.

5 - ICANN WHOIS indicates that the domain name is marked "Client Update Prohibited" & "Client Deletion Prohibited" which generally indicates that they are either; being sued or are involved in some other investigation by their domain provider (GoDaddy) or outside organization.

- 6 The site icon is the generic Wordpress icon.

This indicates that it was made by using Wordpress and some shopping theme to make it look legit.

Behind the scenes it uses the free WooCommerce plugin for transactions. - Again, not a big thing. But when added to all the other oddly low-rent-free-off-brand stuff, it seems very out of place.

-6 A reverse-image lookup on Google indicates that the product images for the T-Shirts are generated from an "Instant Mockup Generator" on the Placeit.net website.

On the face of it, this doesn't mean much. It's a way to create professional product images by dragging your art without any effort. But along with the rest of the odd stuff on the site, it adds up to "something's not right". Namely......

7- None of the products listed (except the hand warmers) have ANY information about the manufacturer of the product.

- The GoPro being offered in the email is also NOT listed on their website.
- The "Pistol Guide" has no author information or ISBN.
- The "Cloak Cam" SD cards they sell are ACTUALLY Photoshopped images of the "SanDisk Extreme 32 GB SDHC Class 10 Memory Card up to 90 Mbps with U3 Ratings".

It is possible that the person/company is buying cheap off-brand stuff from Alibaba and wants to hide that fact, but it is odd that the names have been scrubbed from the product description. (It usually means it's garbage). It also means that products you receive (if any) are unlikely to carry any type of manufacturer's warranty. When they break - that's alll folks.

Worst of all is that they have photoshopped legit products by name brands and replaced the names. This indicates a scam.

8 - Category links contain NO products

Clicking on: Weapon, Optics, Equipment links. The will all be without products

ADVICE:

You'd do better buying off Amazon or a paintball store (honestly). The apartments at the address listed on the site are quite expensive, yet the stuff on TacticalUSA.com is really low-rent off-brand consumer garbage and the website is pretty devoid of legit-looking content. This is not what one would expect from a company or person using that particular address.

- Don't respond to spam emails.
- Don't click on links in emails
- Don't buy from people who introduce themselves to you through spam tactics.
- Don't purchase from a site that doesn't have a valid contact method
- Don't purchase products from a company or website where the name of the manufacturer is not clearly visible or if the name has been purposely removed.

Add them to your spam filter!

Seen this ad and foolish to try it, yep that's me. Ordered the 3 shoulder holsters for just the cost of shipping, $27.95. Well afterwards I went to the TacticalUSA website, found the page for the (3) shoulder holsters clicked on it and low and behold it can be had for...hold on $27.95
BUYER BEWARE!!!

Ordered a belly holster in large when I got it it was an extra small wrote an email asking for a replacement and was told it was 1 size fits all! FITS ALL 5 YEAR OLDS. ALSO GOT CHARGED $59.95 FOR SOMETHING I DIDN'T ORDER! JUST A BUNCH OF CROOKS.

These guys are just garbage. I was charged in March and now again in April for something I had never registered or requested for.

I just emailed them and told them of the costs to my account and how upsetting it is that they do this. They refunded for both charges, but I am not holding my breathe until my account is fully back in order.

STEALING FROM DISABLED VETERANS!!! This company sent a message to the VA saying they would like to give out free pocket knifes to disabled veterans and all you have to do to get the free knife is pay the $6.95 for shipping. The VA has sent these kind of things out many of times for tactical company’s who want to get their company name out there and noticed by not only disabled veterans, veterans, active military and police officers. Of course I jumped all over it, because I have got some good quality items in the past when they get sent out. I did receive a nice little pocket knife and approximately 2 weeks later this company charged me $59.95 without my knowledge. After trying to call Tactical USA and not getting an answer, I went to my bank and filed a dispute and had to get a new debit card and give them my old card. Problem is I’m 100% disable veteran and can hardly walk without assistance from my walker and braces since crushing my lower back while I was serving my country in the Army 1st Infantry Division. TACTICAL USA IS A REALLY SAD COMPANY going around offering free knives to disabled veterans just to get card info and turn around and steal from them a week or 2 later. Also check Better Business Bureau they have been doing this for awhile. Lesson learned, I need to investigate company even if it’s the VA sending the email out to veterans.

ANYTHING TRY TO EMAIL BUT IT CAME BACK

Deceptive advertising, passing off range bags for duffel bags. Ordered 3 Duffel bags @ $14.95 each. Received small range bags instead. Customer service stated that I received what was ordered. Requested a refund in writing. No response.
Don’t be deceived! I do not recommend this company, or it’s products!!!

AVOID this company like the plague!!!!!!!!!!! They are getting 1-star because I couldn't give 0-stars. I purchased a shoulder holster last year, and when it arrived there was no magazine pouch. I have tried numerous times to get a mag pouch. They keep telling me I need to purchase another should rig because "we do not ship spare parts of the holster". IT'S NOT A SPARE PART IF I DIDN'T GET IT WITH MY PAID ORDER!!!! They want me to buy another shoulder holster. Why, so they can screw up that order too?

Do not trust these people! I got charged twice for a free holster. I paid the required shipping fee and the next day was charged for nothing. Thankfully I caught it on my statement and notified my bank who opened a fraud case. This is not good business.

I woke up this morning to discover that at 1:34am this company charged my credit card $59.95 for a monthly magazine subscription. Never heard of them before, never been on their website, never ordered anything from them. Talked to my bank this morning and they are cancelling card and I have to go thru that whole process. PISSED. I agree that a lawsuit needs filed and this site needs shut down!

SCAM!!! I ordered a fanny pack and was sent a different item, I was refunded half and told that the fanny pack was sold out, even though I still receive offers to purchase this item lol, what a joke this company is.

Fraud. They sent a dash cam that was used with scratches and it didn't even work.

Let's start class action lawsuit! Click the helpful button if interested. I will ask my attorney tomorrow! These guys are a total fraud! They keep on advertising free stuff, just pay shipping. Once, back in August 2021, I purchased a pair of gloves from them, and paid something like $10 for shipping. I know it does not cost this much to ship a pair of super thin (cheaply made) gloves in an envelope, so I figured they make a little money from shipping charge. There was NO mention that later they would charge me $59.95 per month. I did recive an invoice via email and there was nothing on it about shipping charge or that the gloves were 'free, pay shipping only.' Now, come January 2022, I am charged $59.95, so I disputed this with my bank. I went back to my only one order with them, and on the invoice they snuk in, in tiny print, "then $59.95 per month." First of all, what costs $59.95 per month? One pair of gloves I could have gotten at the dollar store? Reporting these guys to the BBB and considering a class action law suit.

• First, I ordered two shoulder holsters, description said that it will fit my “Springfield XDs XDm compact”! NOPE! Not my Springfield, Ruger, Taurus or my Llama 9mm.
• A week later, (before the shoulder holsters are delivered), I ordered two “Dash Cams”. In the description said that I could order a larger 32GB TF Card. So I did. The problem is that the “Dash Cam” uses a MICRO TF Card. AND, the cameras will not charge, even after two days on the charger.

I thought I bought a pair of glasses, which I received and they were fine. What is NOT fine, is somewhere hidden (I have sinced looked, and can not find it) they say that I agreed to "subscribe" to a digital magazine. The charge for that magazine is almost $60 per moth. Nobody in their right mind would order a digital magazine for $60 per month. I of course never even received that. I don't always check my bank statement...and it was 4 months and almost $240 before I noticed. It is a nightmare to try to find a way to cancel it. I finally got someone on the phone (India?) and they apologized profusely and said they would credit the amount back..."do not worry, I am doing it right now". Of course, they did not...he could not give me an account number, he did not know my email address or anything...so clearly he was lying. Note that there are hundreds of the same complaint against the same company on BBB...and they always respond with a letter apologizing and promise to return funds...but they never do. Total scam...do not give them payment info of any kind.

I ordered a knife from them advertized as "free" with only shipping charges.

I discovered my credit card was charged three days in a row $59.95. These guys are nothing but thieves.
