This company is a FRAUD!!!!!
I was charged $59.95 without my authorization plus a few oter charges....
Do not get on this site or put in any information

I ordered the "free" shoulder holster with the understanding I would only pay for S&H (9.95). I also recall seeing it came with a free 7-day trial for the monthly magazine. I was charged an additional $3.95 fee which I thought was some type of "insurance" on the sale but I don't recall there being a $59.95 charge listed anywhere. I will be calling tomorrow to get that charge reversed. If I'm not successful, I will be in touch with the credit card company.

This company has been removing $59.95 for the past 9 months. I was getting my taxes in order for 2022 when I saw it. I only caught it this week and called them immediately. They said they would refund 6 months. This is a disgusting way to earn a living. I feel bad for people who through the fine print rip off the general public. I am still out over $200.

I was charged for a membership. I emailed the company and they immediately removed the charge. They also sent me two fine products.

I was dumb like everyone else, now I have almost $400.00 in $59.95 subscription charges to get reversed. I contacted them and they say they can't find me in their database. So now I have to call my Credit Card company and then probably change my Credit Card number again. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

This company is a ripoff! Ordered a camera from them in August and paid for it. Yesterday 9/08, I just happened to be reviewing my bank statement and there was the same $59.95 charge again, made at 1:00am, while I was asleep. Called the company this morning, 9/09 and was informed that it was a subscription, that I had never signed up for. So after a heated discussion with the operator, they did refund my money. I also contacted the bank and told them to not accept any more charges from this company. So in short, if you have been dumb, like me, and done business with this company, keep an eye on your bank statements for eronius charges, that you haven't made! These guys are good scam artists, they refunded my money on 9/08 and hit me again for 59.95 on 9/09. I hope they rot in hell for doing people like this. But I have put some guards in place so they can't do it again!

Do not do business with this company. It's a scam offering a free product but somewhere (in small print) they offer you a paid membership in their club. I did not want a subscription with TacticalUSA and did not authorize a reoccurring charge of 59.95 not to mention i was charged twice in one month!!! The product is not free and they are intentionally misleading people. If you need further proof, read the hundreds of online reviews. I had to call their customer service because I did not have an online account with my email address, imagine that. If I was part of a subscription package, wouldn't I have an online account?

Same scam is occurring! Charging $59.95 for a subscription. Unable to provide proof of enrollment and multiple emails back and forth. I caught the charge today on my card; requested a refund which appeared on my credit card. A few hours later the refund disappeared as a transaction.

I have written a previous review for this company and after reading current reviews I wanted to report them again! I worked for this company about 5 months and got fired because I could not talk people into keeping those $59.95 subscriptions. This sneaky charge is hidden under "Terms" WAY AT THE BOTTOM OF THE WEBSITE. BEWARE! I'm pretty sure everybody wonders why it takes so long to get your stuff too! They always told workers products made in USA but products have MADE IN CHINA on them🤔 I figured out why this company hires folks from other countries as well. These individuals have such broken English that they side step around the truth and pretend not to understand when you tell them you dont want the subscription! Trust me!! THEY UNDERSTAND YOU! I was a girl from Texas and all my customers could understand my Southern drawl. I couldnt use that excuse! I also was trained by previous Call Center jobs to DO THE RIGHT THING! The GODLY thing and NOT CHEAT PEOPLE out of their money. I have certainly been scammed before. I could not in good conscience continue doing this job. I constantly got reprimanded and threatened because my "SAVE" stats were too low. They teach workers to start with the Full Price cost of $59.95, if customer declines offer again for $39.95, if customer declines offer $29.95, 19.95. 14.95. 9.95. At that point if customer still declines WE WERE ALLOWED TO CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION. Just let me say.....as a Customer Service rep if someone says NO a couple of times and you persist to haggle with the customer THEY WILL CALL YOU EVERY NASTY NAME IN THE BOOK AND CURSE YOU OUT. A person can only take so much getting cursed out everyday but was forced too in order to keep my job. It's hard to lie to good people on purpose especially if you have ever dealt wit unauthorized charges on your account and because of those charges caused you overdraft fees. TRUST ME....I HAVE FELT YOUR PAIN. This company screwed me over big time and several of my supervisors were BULLIES! This company is a RIP OFF and will scam you! Just because you see a good review every once in a while I'm pretty sure it's someone within the company hired to do damage control. They met their match with this SOUTHER GIRL. I'm pretty sure they know exactly who I am writing this review too😁🤣 Also the foreigners that have NO BUSINESS doing Call Center work. You should not be allowed to do this work if you cannot speak PROPER ENGLISH. These folks always manage to keep their jobs at Tactical USA because when they tell you they will cancel your subscription they actually DO NOT! They just reduce your price and the leave the subscription ACTIVE. I know this because of the amount of calls I would get from customers saying they cancelled their subscription last month and I was able to see WHO lowered price and WHO did not cancel and I confirmed with customer this was not what they wanted. I would obviously get stuck with canceling the subscription and therefore "LOST THE SAVE" No wonder all those punks got to keep their jobs and I got fired during the pandemic! I am the wife of a VIETNAN MARINE VETERAN and this company DOES NOT CARE ABOUT OUR VETERANS. If anyone needs someone to stand up for them in a fraud case look me up.

As many below this company charged me a 59.95 subscription charge. I had purchased something and they said that it came with a "free" trial then subscription. I did not see, read about, or want a subscription. They tried to talk me out of cancelling, said there were benefits such as the ability to purchase online??? I can do that any time I want. By the way will not be using their site or products. This is a bogus way to run a business.

I'm being charged for something I did not order or want or even received all I approved for was for shipping and handling cost for a shoulder pack that I haven't received I was reluctant to approve the charge now I know why had my card not been locked I would have been charged for something I don't want or need .

This company does nothing but rip people off.

This is a fraudulent organization. Do not do any business with them. They have charged me many times for a $59.95 monthly "subscription" I do not want, cannot afford, and did not in any way knowingly sign up for. The last time I bought something from these frauds was a long time ago, and they still charge me for this subscription. These asshats need to be in prison.

This Co is a total scam an rip off , ordered something an then the monthly charges started 59.95 ea month , confronted them an they apoligized An returned the charges , thought it was over till almost 8 months later an noticed a charge on my discover card , yep the aholes were at it again , went thru 6 months of billing statements an found ea month had been billed 59.95 , attempted to get them to reverse charges , there answer was sorry Co policy only allows us to return no more than two months worth of fraudelent charges , so went to Discover an opened fraud case , long story short , there thieves , watch your statements very close cause they will bill you unknowingly

I purchased a $10 item from this company and 2 weeks later they attempt to charge 59.95 on my credit card... My credit card company notified me of the bocus charge and I declined it after calling the company they said it was for a subscription to a magazine that I had 14 days to decline decline the magazine it is total Bogus I would not buy anything from these people...it's a SCAM

where is interpol when you need them. i thought they had a fraud division to handle this as the FBI could give a sh#$% just saying

I keep getting emails from these people. I unsubscribed months ago, but they just won't stop. The 'unsubscribe' link at the bottom of the email is crossed out and won't allow me to use it. STOP WITH THE EMAILS.

Just discovered a whole mess of charges on my credit card. The item was never received that they charged me 9.95 shipping and 3.95 for insurance. Here's the worse part. The chgd me 59.95 for some magazine subscription. Would only refund me the 3.95 insurance and 59.95 magazine subscription. Made me pay 9.95. continued to tell me I received the shorts and I told her I never got anything from them. I asked her to stop calling me a liar but she just kept telling me I received them. I told her our mail carrier leaves packages outside our door but she contradicted me saying the carrier would not do that and I needed to take it up with the post office. WOW. I have serious mental health problems and somebody took advantage of me. Tactical usa are crooks
Edit. They refunded me everything. They offer cool freebies, just make sure you call them and cancel the magazine subscription immediately after ordering the item. Got my wife a nice Taser that way.
