Most likely Scam Internet Storefront stay away

Sub par company with a scam store front on the internet. They are none responsive when you attempt to communicate with them on the Internet, Text or Phone. They are apparently working from on Cell phone for their business # as well as texts. Their email is also a private gmail account. Stay away from this company. They will bill your credit card and not provide you with any timeframe for delivery and cause you much frustration.

Still waiting on resolution, apparently Taco Clout thinks by posting a reply to Trust Pilot that they have resolved the issue. I have been forced to try and resolve this through my bank.

Very poor customer service and interaction with customers for problem resolution.

I wish I had checked Trust Pilot before placing my order.

Edit: Paul, I gave you my personal number. If you want to chat I’m happy to do so. The issue is closed because a refund has been issued, order is cancelled, and you don’t want to wait for the item. Has nothing to do with a trust pilot response. I can’t really help you any further here, so I’m not sure what your looking to accomplish at this point.

The part cost over $1000
And I can’t get a hold of anyone
I plan to wait 24 hours and I’ll escalate to small claims court

Owner only responded after i posted on trust pilot so wording below is misleading refund is still pending which is expected

Your process should be clear (for example posting on Facebook) your website. Backorder should be clear well in advance. This means that the product is not in stock.

Refund has been completed. You can see the mentality of the business by the owners “edit: can’t make everyone happy” in his response. Wasn’t really looking for everyone to be happy. Just clear expectations when buying a product

Response to edit 2 : because you didn’t respond to multiple contact attempts in various ways. My first email was not regarding sueing. The next step is to escalate because this is alot of money to some people

I ordered 18 December, I called, texted and emailed your line. Second follow up is email because at that point it’s assumed could have been a scam. I don’t think you’re considering what it took to get a hold of you after waiting for almost 4 weeks. Your spinning it but it really felt like you had to escalate in order to get a response

It's a shame you have to make a negative review. I have communicated with you regarding this order. The item is on backorder, that's why this part has not shipped. We'll cancel and refund this order for you without any hesitation at all.

Edit: can’t make everyone happy.

Edit #2: we don’t want business from customers who act in the manner that Mr Adam’s has acted. I’m a small business owner and yes, we can’t make everyone happy. We’re happy to take feedback from customers but not when your first email to us is threatening to sue.. Good luck elsewhere my friend.

Just to give notice I ordered on April 11 it is now April 18 only response I got back was initially stating we received your order. Called to no avail.
If u don’t want my money can u please cancel my order. Sorry I thought u were the manufacturer.
