The service is terrible
The service is terrible. The responses from customer service are making unrealistic representations about delivery times. I waited for 2 months for one tiny item that was coming from the UK to Europe. Two months! I was told it would take 7 days. I mean that's a joke. Customer service responds as if they are robots, not really taking into consideration what the customer is saying and not providing any solutions. Pathetic. This type of online shopping experience is what makes consumer confidence in online shopping very weak.
