I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent visit to your establishment. Unfortunately, the experience fell well below the standard I would expect from a professional and customer-focused venue.

To begin with, the meals served were quite frankly repulsive. The quality and presentation were unacceptable, and it left me feeling extremely disappointed.

Additionally, the conduct of the staff was appalling. Throughout my visit, they were openly bickering behind the tills and displaying rude and unprofessional behaviour toward one another. Witnessing this created an uncomfortable atmosphere and conveyed a complete lack of cohesion and customer care.

The overall cleanliness of the premises was also absolutely atrocious. The environment felt neglected to the point that I personally felt unclean and uncomfortable during the entirety of my 40-minute stay. This is particularly concerning, as cleanliness is a fundamental expectation in any hospitality setting.

I hope you will take this feedback seriously and address these issues promptly. As a customer, I value a welcoming, clean, and professional environment, and I believe it is in your best interest to ensure these standards are met consistently

The food was terrible, microwave food. Drinks were expensive. Lovely setting though. Staff were very polite and friendly, especially the Women Andrea who served us. Would change the food for real cooked meals even if they were a bit more expensive. And cheaper drinks.

Booked into Caernarfon Premier Inn for weekend. The onsite TableTable bar/restaurant called last orders at 2130 on a Friday night. Plenty of people in the bar and turning people away. Company Website and Google Maps both say it’s open until 2300.

WARNING!!!! Had a meal at this place and parked for free according to staff now being chased in court for hundreds despite proving we ate there!!!
Stay away or face ££££££ in court!!! Table Table Pub Restaurants is not a restaurant that treats customers with compassion and respect.

We arrived on December 16 as a table of 14 people. We were there at 6.30. We ordered and paid at the bar and waited and waited and waited for our food to come out. 3 of us had our starters so I assumed only 3 wanted starters so we began to eat it and we said we better eat it quickly because the others were waiting. We ate it and then our main course came out, then they brought out more starters for the others. So we rushed for nothing, so ate our mains whilst the others were eating their starters and waited and waited and waited for our deserts, it was now 9 o clock and still no desserts, we explained by the bar we ordered deserts but haven't recieved them, she then said oh sorry I didnt know you had ordered desserts, I said we paid at the till when we came in so how didnt you know, she said we definitely haven't got your order for desserts , the guy on the till said i couldn't have put them through but let me go and check so in to the kitchen she went and came out holding our deserts order and once again apologised and said we didnt have your order, obviously they had because she came out with them so they were obviously there to be done, by this stage nearly 2hrs later the kids were tired and just wanted to go home we had been there since 6.30, they all had to take the desserts home with them. I had xmas pudding which was absolutely disgusting, it wasn't even warm it was the shape of a cookie and solid. I only came here on my daughters recommendation but never will I come back again, it was awful service there , there was only 3 staff there tops and it was empty so no excuse there, the management need to change their staff and train them on how to look after the customers

This is the forth time I’ve had a Christmas lunch with friends over the years , as always 100% customer service by all staff ( Sophie w was exceptional ) only one problem roast potatoes not up to the usual standard but still five star ⭐️. Kind regards Antony

The food was very poor, I had the salmon and prawns, the prawns were so so tiny and were as hard as a rock, the new potatoes had lots of black in them. My partner had the festive turkey , the whole meal was cold. This was the festive menu. There was nothing festive there, not even a cracker. The pate starter was served just with a slice of toast and butter so hard you could not spread . I will not rush back!!

Stayed in Norwich Nelson city centre over weekend visiting family. Just want to say big thankyou to Kay and her staff, Amy,Sam,Jess,Rob and Sherrilin as nothing was too much trouble and the service was excellent. It was the kind of service you want to bottle and send to other firms so they know how to treat customers, would definitely recommend this hotel .

Stayed in Camborne 9-10 November 2025. Bad experience at Table Table Restaurant on the Monday evening unhelpful disinterested staff generally, but the manager was particularly rude, when ordering a bottle of wine which was a lower price on the menu we were given but on the till it was a higher price. We were told to take it or leave it, so we left without drinking or eating. The two ladies on Premier Inn Reception, who were great and phone a local place to eat for us, say they here this type of comment on a regular basis

They’re amazing here. I love their chips a lot. I ordered them every time I come.

We booked a Christmas day meal online at The Trevithick Inn, Camborne branch, of Tabletable and received confirmation of the booking. A few days later we had a telephone call to say they might not honour the booking as the sale of the premises was going through and if the sale completed before Christmas day our booking would be cancelled. Disgusting! They are still advertising this and taking bookings without knowing if this will go ahead. Such bad business practice with no consideration for customers.

We have used this restaurant a few times this year but today will be the last time. The food was not as nice as it has been in the past. The coke-cola tasted like fizzy water. The tables were sticky, the chair upholstery needs a clean and there was dust, dirt and dead insects on the window sills in the conservatory part of the restaurant. If the front of house isn’t being kept clean I dread to think what the kitchen is like. There didn’t seem to be enough staff either. Service was slow and not very good.

Visited the John Milne Pub/Restaurant in Rochdale with family. It’s the first time we have used Table Table and were all very impressed with the selection of food, its quality and pricing.

The staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful during our visit and would highly recommend a visit based on our experience.

Ordered a pizza tikkia which was the worst I have ever had. Frozen pizza with bits put on. And they charged £14 for.
Don't have one nor worth it.
After eating at Table Table for years will never eat there aver again

Table table Doncaster, it’s a surprise they aren’t busier during the lunchtime especially with the very good price £5.00 lunch menu. Tried most of it and very good value apart from the All-Day Breakfast Flatbread…. Avoid that one. Very reasonable price drinks and mostly friendly staff.

5 in my group for Sunday lunch, I personally was wanting the Sunday Roast, which we found out had been cancelled, 'by higher management'! WTF!
We were the biggest group there, some couples/singles but the place was otherwise dead quiet, even the staff were bored!
Not sure of the reason for no roast dinners but i have messaged Whitbread, asking them to explain themselves!
In all, a mostly ruined experience!
