Prompt delivery, but the wrong part. My fault !.
Bought a 50mm rubber tee from this company. Arrived promptly, but turned out I had ordered the wrong part. If only I had taken the time to browse their comprehensive website I would have found the perfect solution first time. Drat !

Quick, efficient service and great support.
The order process was easy and delivered quickly. But one of the fittings was not the correct size (my fault). Contacted support via whatsapp and with a shared photo, the right connector was identified and sent. Excellent service. Recommended.

Antwort von T-mex Express
Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry to hear that the item didn't meet your expectations. It seems there may have been some confusion regarding the sizing of the fitting. Pipe and fittings measurements can be tricky, as the size indicated (3/4 inch in this case) is the size you received.
We understand how this could be confusing, and we encourage customers to reach out with any questions before placing their order—we're always happy to assist in selecting the right size!
If you’re still in need of the correct fitting or would like assistance in choosing the proper size, please don't hesitate to contact us. We're here to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
