Right from the first phone call, the staff were amazing! They have excellent fitters. Top marks!! We would highly recommend them.

The appointment for our annual boiler service was commenced on time.
The technician was polite & considerate and carried out all his tasks with the minimum of fuss and with all the necessary tools and equipment at hand and left the location clean & tidy.
A totally stress free experience for us.

I would give no stars if I could. This company provided absolutely appalling service and left me worse off as a result.
I have an air source heat pump system which wasn't heating the hot water. The issue was explained in detail and photos provided beforehand, so they knew what to expect. The engineer that visited was completely clueless, spent at least half an hour on the phone talking about who knows what (it definitely wasn't my hot water), then explained that there was no power going through the control panel so he couldn't identify the problem until this was rectified. OK, fair enough so far. He said they would source the part and let me know next steps. Heard nothing for a week and so I chased them, only to be told they couldn't source the part and I should contact the manufacturer to get this. Really? They clearly made no attempt to get the part and why would I be able to source it if they can't.
I had no option but to call another company to come out again and thankfully they did know what they were doing and managed to fix the system in 10 minutes, no parts needed.
Despite complaining to Synergi about their complete lack of service, they just denied any wrongdoing and started recovery proceedings within a couple of weeks when I didn't pay their bill.

Lee, Jordan and Molly from Synergi have just installed our Air Source Heat Pump with new pipework and radiators. They were fantastic, They turned up on time, they were polite, they obviously really cared about doing a quality installation. Lee was obviously in charge and his professionalism and competence shone through.
The whole job was done to the very highest standards by a team who truely cared, led by Lee.
The whole team were a credit to Synergi.
I must say I would recommend their work to anybody.

Lee, Jake and Molly were professional and courteous throughout the whole job. They were all very knowledgeable and very friendly. Great work done by all the team and tidying up as they go, also working around our cat and dog!

We’ve just had a complete new heating system and Air source heat pump installed and are really happy with the service we received. Will and Justin deserve a special mention as they installed the plumbing, radiators, ASHP and a new tank… they really are a credit to Synergi, they were polite, friendly and very efficient… nothing was too much trouble for them. Their work was so neat and they left the house tidy and clean each day. We couldn’t have asked for nicer people to do the work, they were a pleasure to have around.
Once the heating system was up and running they took their time to explain all about it and set up the heating schedule on the app.
As a result we now have a lovely warm home, we can highly recommend them.

We were recommended by another boiler company who felt our installation was too complex for them. From the first phone call everyone has been Professional, friendly, helpful and polite. The quote was good, we accepted and other than make cups of tea and the odd bacon sandwich we did nothing, all the crap cleared away, left spotlessly clean and tidy and the only way we knew that they'd upgraded the boiler was the house was warm 100% recommend them

Excellent group of plumbers. No matter who turned up they were always hard working and polite. Always kept us informed and it was a pleasure to watch skilled tradesmen who were at the top of their game (apprentice included). Would highly recommend

For the second year Synergy have serviced my boiler. Easy to organise with a 'real person' on the phone who was polite and organised.
The engineer (Adam) who did the servicing was excellent. Quick, organised and efficient. What more can you ask? All in all a very professional service. Wish there were more firms around like this.

Just had an air source heat pump installed, Elliet, Molly & Ollie were a fantastic heating engineers (great people). They went out of their way to resolve any set up issues & answering any questions. We feel lucky to have had this team.

So thankful for the work to be carried out quickly when the existing boiler gave up! Not the easiest of jobs changing it but everything was explained as the job went on. Very happy with the work carried out by both Rich and his apprentice, even down to cleaning up afterwards.

Since I have been using Synergi SW Ltd, I have always been impressed with the professionalism of their staff. The engineers who have visited my property have been friendly, polite and have always told me what they are doing and why. When they have finished the work the engineers have cleaned up after themselves and tidied everything away.

The office staff, when I need to contact them, are also very friendly and if they cannot answer your problem straight away then they get the answer/solution and ring back.

I wouldn't use anyone else. Well done Synergi!
