First the price offered by Boiler team was very competitive. Second the boiler was satisfactorily installed within five days of placing the order. The post installation admin was completed quicky. So all in all I am very satisfied and impressed with the service.

Great customer experience.

Spoke with a gentlemen named Paul who set up my boiler replacement, really genuine guy. Work was carried out by Matt, who was brilliant and fitted my new boiler with no probs!

Misses is happy we have hot water again, cheers fellas.

Nathan arrived on time with John (?)….they didn’t take long to dismantle the old boiler ….and of course replace it with a new one! I found Nathan to be very approachable…kind and efficient…..he was in and out of the house and I felt completely safe at all times ( living on my own). The boiler works brilliantly and the old one collected within a few days. I have no hesitation at all in recommending this company….a job well done so thank you very much !

A great company to do business with, we needed a new boiler fitted and spoke to Paul who was brilliant, he advised us about the boiler and arranged the delivery and fitting. The engineer who came was equally good, he was competent and quick and we were very pleased. Hopefully we don't need another boiler for a few years but that will be the company I go to. Definitely recommend.

OK so leaking flue from inherited aging boiler hidden behind fitted furniture. Tried to go local (Cornwall.) Husband could not understand the quotes knowing how much the actual boiler was...he surfed. Got in touch with this company. Good reviews...shows how helpful these are. Had video call and problem and solution discussed. Well...less than a week later job done!! Two gents csme from Wales - Gavin and Jack. OMG a delight. A neat job which required some hefty drilling for new flue. Slate detail beautifull replaced over site of original flue. Could not be happier. Well done and Thank you so much Gavin and Jack.

From quote to installation everyone we came into contact with was helpful and friendly. No hidden extras within the initial quote which was very competitive for our new boiler. The install team turned up early and worked hard to get us up and running with our new boiler. The aftercare service from Paul was fantastic! We had a very minor issue but was rectified quickly and efficiently even over a busy bank holiday weekend. Its very rare to get such great help and support so quickly and we really did appreciate it. Would highly recommend these guys.

They have charged us as quoted without any hidden cost. The price is also very competitive. Paul has responded to us immediately and professionally based on our requirements. Our tenant had been suffering for a few days without any heat and hot water and Boiler Team had responded to us precisely. The installation was done properly by Jack and Gavin. It was efficient, neat and tidy. Thanks to their hard work!

Moved house just before Christmas and found out the boiler had a number of issues, including a leaking condensate pipe. After our insurance company let us down. Deceived a new boiler would be the best option. Searched online and came across the Boiler Team. Simply filled in the form for the quote and within an hour Paul contacted us. Now I know he’s selling a product but Paul was amazing, listened to me moan about the boiler we had inherited and all the issues we had, he even stated it would probably be better to fix. However we wanted a new boiler, 3 days later our new boiler was fitted at a very competitive price. We couldn't fault the service or the team Dominic, Josh and McKenzie were amazing, gave great advice and left our home clean and tidy. They made the whole thing stress free and easy and for the first time the whole family feel lovely and warm in our new home. I wish all companies were as good as these. I would Definitely recommend the Boiler Team to anyone and everyone.

Excellent installation and perfect product. Had my first oil top up since installation and filling tank in June - only using half the oil my old Worcester used.

Paul the manager is a genuine guy, they did exactly what they promised - (no messing.) Jack and Andrew were such nice lads! They were respectful, down to earth, efficient, with such high standards. I phoned this Company, spoke to Paul in South Wales, after searching the internet. It very soon became clear to me that I was speaking to someone I could trust.
