Excellent from purchase to delivery.I was kept informed about the status of my items with regular emails and once they had been shipped i was given a tracking number. My items were well packaged and arrived on time. Everything was done in a polite and friendly manner.

This review will be split into 2 parts. One on the guitar and one on Symphony. Firstly the Gibson J45 is a wonderful guitar. May look a plain Jane against some top end guitars from others but the quality of sound is difficult to describe. It is complex and can boom when attacked hard, but also responds to light touch too. Gives a rich warm sound that is just excellent. Turning to Symphony themselves they couldn't have done anymore to help. I live some way away and did what people say you shouldn't and that's buy an acoustic you haven't played or A/B'd against another. However as there are limited stock in the UK and I had used Symphony for my US Tele purchase I approached them with some questions on the QC of the guitar, fit and finish. Dave answered all questions honestly and provided multiple photos. He even sent a video of the guitar being played...as I would play it (not finger style). There was even a 14 day return offered. So I purchased it and glad I did. If you are even remotely interested in a J45, buy one. You won't regret it. And if you are looking for an excellent independent retailer, there can't be many better than the team at Symphony.

This is my second review of this company and they absolutely deserve it. In the last couple of months I have purchased 2 new guitars and had another repaired. The help whilst purchasing was outstanding. No pressure, sales and great advice. And they helped me sort out an unusual payment for one of the guitars. I've been back today to pick up the one in for repair and it now plays beautifully!!! Definitely my first choice music store!!!
