It is hard to find the right words to explain what Craig means to us... at first, I was afraid of this man and his blunt words, but now I love him. He listens, he analyzes, and he has an incredible ability to explain what is happening—how your brain works and what occurs when you let your emotions take the wheel. He gives you back control over your own life and the strength to believe in yourself. He sees right through you, perceiving and sensing everything before you even understand it yourself. He saved my family; it took a lot of hard work, but we still apply his lessons to our daily lives, becoming a little better and happier every single day. That sense of contentment, self-love, and pride is priceless. Forever grateful.

Craig Bilton of Insight Recovery Network is a highly experienced, compassionate and astute therapist. Our eldest son has a serious alcohol and cocaine addiction and we worried about what would happen when engaging with a professional. Craig was very supportive to us and the rest of the family while administering serious no-nonsense counselling and help for our son. In the end, therapists have to inspire confidence and trust in both the patient and the family - Craig has done both and we are truly grateful. On many occasions he has gone above and beyond the call of duty.. he really cares, and has used everything in his "tool box" generously, and effectively.

A life changing experience is the best way I can describe working with Insight. Craig has been nothing short of incredible to work with for the past 4 months and the gratitude I have for him is immeasurable. I was sceptical going into this process but very quickly could see and feel that this was going to be an opportunity to learn and develop in so many ways. The group sessions and the one to ones were especially beneficial, and the feeling that Craig was there 24/7 made me feel confident i could work towards the person I wanted to become. Through Insight’s initial, kind, informative and non judgemental support l was able to choose recovery and Insight’s programme. This ongoing journey with learning groups and individual sessions has been transformative and has helped me look at my underlying behaviours, triggers and patterns in a way that is having such a beneficial impact on my life. I was stuck and becoming unstuck through using alcohol and very unhappy.
Now I embrace each day and enjoy my refound awareness, using the tools and able to enjoy life and face each day with a smile.
