Had a really wonderful experience with a young lady called Chantelle who, after us having a terrible day made a very stressful experience so easy. Not only was the car delivered within 12 hours, it was spotlessly clean, lovely driver, just everything was perfect. I would highly recommend to anyone. Dealing with Amanda via telephone has been brilliant. Her warm attitude and knowledge was a massive help along with her awesome personality simply made things run very smoothly.

Worcester Switch, Mark H, Neil, Ollie and Amanda, have been fantastic. I've had 3 cars from them for work. They have all been very knowledgeable. I've been using them for 4 months now and Amanda has really tried to get the specifications of the vehicle right. The delivery guys are all really knowledgeable.

My motability car broke down again
My motability car broke down again, last week and after having to get the bus for a week to take my kids to school and a lot of chasing up on my end. I finally have a hire car. The fault isn't switch's. Motability said its taking 3 days to get hire cars and fair enough 3 days after my text from swift a got a car.
A mini countryman. Love mini.
My problem with it, is that I've just got in. It stinks. Someone has clearly been smoking in here and it reeks. On top of that, looking around its clear to see it hasn't been properly cleaned since the last user. Dust, crumbs and ash all over the steering wheel and suspicious looking stains on the passenger seat next to me.
All other aspects of the service have been great

Renting in the UK as a UK resident the pick up requirements vary by company. For Switch in Milton Keynes it was one of the more onerous:
Drivers Licence
DVLA code
Two proofs of address (online bills ok)
£750 deposit
Also an industry “risk” database check
BMW 3-series or similar was a VW Tiguan with a dent in the door 🤷♂️

They obviously don't want their vans back!
Poor - my company ordered a large Ford van through Thrifty in Southampton a couple of days ago (Thursday), it was parked outside my home promptly at least.
As it turned out the van was an automatic which I have never driven before and I couldn’t drive it and I needed a manual one instead so I called my company on the same day and was told Thrifty didn’t have any manual and was told they would pick up the van from outside my home the following day for return.
Friday passes and the van is still outside my house, and I call again and was told they have been busy, and will pick up the van on Saturday.....guess what, it's still outside my house in the evening. I assume that as they closed at 12:30 it now looks like it will be here all day Sunday and picked up on Monday now, probably late that day now.
This company obviously doesn't need to have the van back and I can't move it due to insurance reasons and I am not happy as I live in a close and it's beginning to become an eyesore right outside our house!

I gave that score because when my mobillity car broke down and i couldnt get a courtesy car Shantel from the liverpool branch called me straight away to offer me a car so i could get around the best part wss inever told them my car was broken the RAC told them and from there on shantel dealt with it all all i had to do was go and pick it up no forms to fill out it was brilliant THANK YOU Shantel from liverpool branch

I would rate this switch car rental as…
I would rate this switch car rental as zero but the system doesn’t allow for that. I’m a mobility customer who needs a car. They messaged me on Tuesday saying they had my booking. My own car was taken in for repairs yesterday but no hire car was available. I phoned today and have been told that they don’t have a car for me. When I asked about when i was going to get a car, the switch employee couldn’t even tell me when I could get a car. The worst most inept company and staff I’ve ever had to deal with.

Received this this morning after I sent a ton of proof I couldn't of got the fine the only investigating was done by me I explained I have a brain tumor and I'm awaiting surgery in the next week and not even a apology also I'd like to discuss my admin fee for the time it took me to gather proof and send emails no compensation for my time ? How is that fair and not even a apology ?
