Wow - I had an issue with my handset and the response was immediate. Kim and James could not have been more helpful and I now have a fully working phone.

Very satisfied with the service provided by both Kim McCallum and James McCallum in getting wireless WiFi devices set up in two venues. They have both been patient, polite and helpful throughout the process.

We needed a mobile sim and thought it would be a long process but after speaking with James and signing a couple of bits of paperwork the sim arrived at our office and we could use it right away, great service from the team

Kim and James helped us source new mobile phones and Sims, as well as arranging the setup of a new mobile provider and contract for multiple staff.

The whole process was smooth and seamless. Kim kept us appraised of progress and the switchover worked as without a hitch.

We swapped broadband supplier and the whole customer experience was fantastic from beginning to end. James listened carefully to what we needed, gave us different options, then allowed our committee time to consider the decision. Lee was then amazing, promptly answering queries and was available at the end of the phone to talk us through what needed to be done when there was a problem.
