Absolutely disgusting company. Deserves 0 stars. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.
When we arrived at Stansted airport, they came 15 mins late to pick up the car- no apology for lateness.
The email booking says the car will be returned within 30 mins after our phone call. When we got back from Stansted airport, we called and they said the car will take 1 hour.
We continued to call, and they kept cutting the line, not taking the phone call, or hanging up halfway through the call.
Whenever we did get through to them, they gave us conflicting information, saying 45 mins, 25 mins, 15 mins, or not giving a time at all.
Over 40 phone calls later, and 2.5h of waiting with our 7 month old, we saw a man drive the car into the car park and walk away from the car quickly. My husband chased the guy and asked why he did not call us and where are the car keys. The guy kept arguing with attitude that he is calling us, but he was on the phone to someone else. He showed us that he had left the keys on top of the wheel of the car. We asked why he did this and he had no explanation, just continued to be rude and shout that he was going to call us. If we had not chased him through the car park, who knows how long the car would have been there and we could have been stranded with no car keys. He then left with our ticket for the car park so we had to call stansted customer services to sort out another one for us, which took even longer. Worst company we have ever come across. I cannot believe they are allowed to continue running and taking people's money.

Absolutely shocking experience from start to finish. You are expected to hand over your car keys at the side of the road with no receipt or proper handover process. With a flight to catch, you have little choice but to trust them.
The return process was even worse. We spent over three hours making repeated phone calls trying to locate our car. Every time we called, we were told it was “10 minutes away” or “30 minutes away,” yet it never arrived.
Eventually, we were told the car was ready for collection and that the key had been left on the wheel. When we arrived at the location provided, the car was nowhere to be seen. It turned out to be parked a considerable distance away in a completely different location, unattended, with the key left on the wheel and nobody around.
We were relieved to eventually recover our car, but during the long wait and complete lack of communication, it genuinely felt like we might never see it again - STANSTED SWIFT MEET & GREET
Terrible Service
When booking our meet and greet parking, we submitted our estimated tune of arrival. Before arriving at the airport we called 30 minutes before as per the instructions (which was the same time as our original estimated time of arrival). We still waited an extra 30 minutes for someone to arrive! A further 4 calls were made to the number but there was no apology or acknowledgement of the wait..

Managed to speak to one of the airport security staff who asked as for our registration, as there had been a few incidents where people had not got their car back until the following day. They park your car in a random road and leave the key on the wheel of the car. You don’t get to see any terms and conditions until you’ve paid. There’s no mention of the extra £26 charge for the airport drop off fees until you’ve paid and receive an email even then it’s not clear it’s in the fine print. This is an absolute scam. Also used over 100 miles of fuel so where they’re parking the cars I do not know. Stay well away

Absolutely shocking!! I rung them as stated half an hour away and they still took another half hour, then we waited an hour and half for the return of the car, we landed at 11.45pm I rung them straight away and got the car at 1.25am!!! Waiting in the freezing cold! I rung them 3 times and was told only 10-15 mins away. I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!

The person on the phone was rude and repeatedly lied about where my car was and when it would arrive - I drive a Tesla, so I could see on the app that the car wasn't even moving while I was being told it was 'on the way'.
No apology was offered. No condition check was done when they took the car or when they returned it.
The whole thing felt scammy and amateur. Save yourself the stress and use an official parking provider - the small saving is not worth it.

I am probably thinking the same as everyone else who has wrote a review for this company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!
I have called out to this company over 50 times to try arrange drop off and pick up. It’s like there is only one person running the company. At drop off I was waiting for over an hour at 5am for someone to collect my keys and take the car. I told my wife and young kids to go ahead through security whilst I waited and I had to then sprint straight to the gate and made it by only a few mins before closing. They also don’t tell you that you need to pay a £13 parking fee for leaving your car in there for 30 mins when dropping off. But due to me being there over an hour it was over £20
Key collection was even worse, I made various calls to them which were not answered, I finally got through to them and they said they had parked it and left the keys on the front wheel then I was stung with an extra £30 parking ticket because it had been sitting there for well over an hour.
I’ve wasted over £130 using their services. Take my advice and don’t ever use this company. They’re scammers!

On return, they quote the same, when you had collected your bags, please call and we will arrive in 30 minutes, which is odd when you collect your baggage in Stansted, it take about 10 minutes to get the the collection point.
No one arrived for over an hour. I called repeatedly and the hung up. There was no apology when we collected the car, and they also left a sandwich wrapper in the car that belonged to them.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Swift Meet and Greet at Stansted Airport and will be pursuing this further.
I followed the instructions and called 30 minutes before arrival, only to find the phone line closed. After finally getting through, I then had to wait around 30 minutes just to drop off the car.
On return, I was told to wait between 15 and 55 minutes. During that time I called five times and received inconsistent and misleading information on each call. In reality, I waited approximately 1.5 hours, along with several other frustrated customers.
To make matters worse, the vehicle was returned with the keys left on the front wheel, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious security concerns.
This service falls far below any reasonable standard and is not what was advertised. I expect a formal response and compensation for the inconvenience and poor handling of my vehicle.

First off the drop off was ok, service wasn’t too bad but nothing special.
The collection of my vehicle on the other hand was an experience, I called 30 mins before hand to collect my car which admittedly was early however it happens with flights, you plan for delays and security but was told I’d have to wait upto an hour.
I had to go collect my own vehicle which was then £37 in an uber to the postcode and place I was told which was not correct, it was 5 minutes away from where I was in the uber which isn’t massive problem but when you get told that your wasting there time and that it was my fault not the best representation of a company that you want to be leaving your car with.
Finally arrive and two rude and obnoxious men after repeating myself multiple with my registration and vehicle they couldn’t even get it out or ready.
Pathetic excuse of a company and if anything not worth the money to leave your car there with the service I received.

Appalling. Just like other reviews. Long waits and blatant lies over the phone regarding timings.
The message is clear and simple:

SCAM!!! We were fined £100 because they didn’t pick our car up!
SCAM. This company are a scam, the only reason they get a star is because there is no other option. Upon arrival there was nobody to collect the car so had to leave the key with a random man working at the airport to not miss the flight. There are additional fees to enter and exit the car park that they do not tell you about occurring an extra 25£ in total. Following on from this little did these people know that an air tag was left in the car and we could see that they had not picked our car up from the airport until 3 days after we dropped it off which meant we now have a £100 FINE from the airport parking. Following on from this they took nearly an hour to drop the car back off to us upon arrival back at the airport and had added and extra 26 MILES to the car within the one day that they had it. There are also no parking spaces in the area they ask you to park in so have to park elsewhere, communication over the phone was terrible with a lack of information and language barrier. We will be following up further with this company. DO NOT USE. It is appalling that Stansted still allow them to operate.

Very disappointing experience with Stansted Parking. We waited over an hour despite their 30‑minute pick‑up promise. Communication was terrible — I had to make four calls, and three were cancelled immediately. When someone finally answered, they sounded half‑asleep.
The driver arrived grumpy, unprofessional, and looked extremely tired, which did not feel safe or reassuring. On top of that, we were charged £13 on arrival and £13 on departure, which was never disclosed during booking and only appeared after the confirmation email.
The worst part was the condition of my car on return — it was not as clean as when I left it, which is completely unacceptable.
Overall, poor communication, hidden charges, unprofessional staff, and my car returned in a worse state. I’m seeking a refund and compensation for cleaning. I would not recommend this company.

Don't book through compareyourparking as they are handling swiftparking and probably both as shit as the other. the rest of the comments are pretty much spot on - not sure why they are allowed to operate ! when my car was finally brought the driver said they are shit and to sue them
