I ordered a 1kg bag of chocolate raisins that was advertised in bright, attractive packaging – perfect for a gift. What arrived looked nothing like what was shown on the website: dull brown and mustard packaging that resembled a supermarket budget range. Completely unsuitable for gifting and absolutely not what I paid for.

When I contacted Sweets and Candy, I expected at least an apology or some acknowledgement of the issue. Instead, I was told I could return the item at my own expense for a refund. Considering I’d already paid for delivery, paying again to return a product that they misrepresented would cost more than the item itself.

Very disappointing experience. The products being dispatched are clearly not what’s being advertised, and the customer service response only added to the frustration. I won’t be ordering from them again.
