Beware payouts are starting to get…

Beware payouts are starting to get denied 10-25 plus traders got denied this week over a server issue on there end and are not owning up to there mistake and paying out traders , I’d be cautious of buying more challenges unless this issue is fixed and payouts are made

Average should’ve been 2 stars. Paying for rating that’s crazy.

Impossible to trade on Match Trader. They don’t even have app and we must use web safari as home page. Always saying “soon” like 4 weeks ago, “soon”

NFP server issue was never solved after many tickets and reminders. Threw me and many people out of Match making us unable to enter and caused 💩 experience.

LAG! I use 5G a lot and I live in a city so there’s no way they can blame my internet before I say this, Match Trader is so butt you can’t even buy a position without finding 2 or 3 up and running because you thought nothing happens, press again. WOW nothing happens so press again, there you have it super overleverage delivered by MyFlash themselves. Same with closing you can’t close in profit, the button doesn’t work, so you spam that till it’s closed after it goes to minus AND THEN you find another ducking position opened of the opposite direction and because of spreads and volume you are already behind the last winning trade by 5 times VERY NICE!!😂😂😂😂

Support helps nothing. All they do is copy paste generic answers no desire to deep dive into specifying for customers needs, now I’m not a Karen okey but when I ask you something and gives out two choices, you must pick one right? But no these guys be like “yes that’s correct” WHAT WHAT DO YOU MEAN I asked you what’s different about these two choices! NICE support.

Profit was stolen because of a lame excuse like server integrity blablabla and showed no proof only words. Many others complain as well everyone who traded anything except fx was taken their profit away. “For adjustment” yeah right most people didnt even know that was about and was only trading normally like they would. Now they including me gotta suffer for not breaking any rules? Supeeeerb. It’s only getting better isn’t it?

They will always find a lame excuse to duck it up for you. Don’t let the discounts and 6% lure you in.
