I am so lucky that I was able to have Survey First and Anwar do a building report for a resident property. He is professional, passionate, and trustworthy. He patiently explained the implications of the findings and was helpful with my inquiries (including some matters might not be within his remit). We had a conversation before and after the investigation, which indeed provided me with extra comfort throughout the process to avoid any last minute surprises or miscommunication. The report came with photos and written details based on facts. Next time, if I would need a building report again, I would definitely come back for Anwar without any hesitation, (and recommend it to my friends!). Last but not least, thanks to Foyez would take care of my request nicely, he is helpful and responsive.

I asked Survey First to value a property for probate. They were very responsive, provided a quote very quickly, and arranging the visit was straightforward. He explained exactly what he was doing, and what the report would - and wouldn't - tell me, which was helpful. The report itself was emailed promptly a couple of days later, and was very clear. Have had to use Survey First three times now as two properties we hoped to buy fell through. All three surveys were completed in good time and very professionally. The telephoned help before the survey and after were both extremely helpful. I hope the last survey is the last time I use them but not because of any fault in the service provided which was excellent!
